The repairman was on time and clean and on time He used booties to keep the floors clean. He provided the estimate and factored in a discount. He replaced the washer valves in my laundry room and cleaned everything up very nicely. I was very pleased with the quality of work. He answered all of my questions and provided good information. I received a call from the company immediately after the repairman to follow-up on the service call. I will use Ernie's Plumbing Service agai

We have been fairly pleased with them. We have used them for years. There are a couple of their plumbers that we know by name that have done a real good job for us. When we call, we ask for a specific plumber. They generally do a good job and they don't fool around. They help us. They know us and they have done reasonably good work for us. We will use them again.

They were a little high priced. The work was good though. The company did not go the extra mile though on certain things though.

He was very professional and informed me of the cost and time it would take up front-both of which were accurate. He was careful not to track dirt in the house and was very understanding about the fact that my dog barked at him the whole time.

Dennis arrived in the time window we were given, he listened attentively to our description of the problem we were having with the toilets, and he helped us with estimates on installing new faucets, toilets, and sinks. He was very personable, neat and clean. He came into our house with shoe covers and cleaned up before he left. Very pleasant personality. Enjoyable person with whom to work. Gave good suggestions for monitoring the problem we were having.

I have used them for around 10 years and they ALWAYS do a great job at a reasonable price. They have always been punctual and one time showed my husband how to fix the problem at no charge.

A mishap during the first visit was given professional and complete attention. At the end of the week the repair was complete as promised.

The plumber tried to do everything to avoid investigating the source of the problem--which was water pooling in the water shutoff valve compartment. He suggested a water leak in the home, even though I said I never saw one. Then he suggested a foundation leak. Finally he said he'd charge $175/hour to to dig soil around the shutoff valve. That was too outrageous--I said goodbye without even getting a quote.

One of Ernie's plumbers came out during the week and was on time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provided an estimate. He also provided ways in which I could save money on the estimate, like digging under a beam that was in the way of him accessing the pipe under the house. I called and had the work scheduled for a Saturday which was at no extra cost. The original estimate was to be a full day of work with one plumber. With the work that I did under the house it ended up cutting the time and estimate in half. I was very appreciative of their timeliness, advice and professionalism. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem that night with the tub not draining. Ernie's sent over a plumber as soon as possible that night. The problem appeared to have worked its way out on its own because after about 30 minutes the drain cleared. I called Ernie's back to tell them of the update and they said that they would still send out their plumber just to check everything out. The plumber came out, went under the house and checked the line and everything appeared to be alright. He mentioned that sometimes when a line hasn't been used in awhile (which would apply to ours as the drain from the tub had disconnected from the sewer line a few months before) that it can take awhile to clear the line of any buildup that may have happened. I haven't had any issues since that night but Ernie's work is guaranteed for a year I feel comfortable calling them if anything happens.

They have always been prompt, thorough and professional. They kept me informed of every step including the timing on the project which went over several days. Damian and Jimmie have always been great and are genuinely concerned if I am pleased with the job. Damian had previously come out on a Saturday morning to replace a leaking hot water heater and did everything to make it go smoothly for me. I plan to use them in the future of all my plumbing needs.

Terry arrived on time and did his estimate for the cost of repairs and how much time. It was not the low bid but he seemed more thorough than the other services. He discovered some additional damage as he was making repairs and he carefully explained what it was , how it was impacting me and the procedure and cost and time to fix. The charges were reasonable. The additional work added time and the three hour job turned into a 7-8 hour job. He came back the next morning and finished the job. He was professional and thorough if somewhat slow (paid by the job so this was not really a negative). I would use Ernie's again but with the quality of workmanship I doubt I will have to anytime soon.

It went very well. They told us they would be at my in 20 min at 10:00 at night and he was there within 20 minutes. He came quickly and fixed the job quickly. He had the appropriate equipment for what he came to do.

They were great. I was very impressed with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall the plumber (Michael Ashby) and the company were excellent. I felt the other people I had look at it did not really want to do hard messy work. I might have gotten the repair done cheaper if I had had a million people come give me estimates but I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Ernie's for taking care of something that had become one huge problem for me.

He arrived promptly, but the price he quoted me was four times others that I received. I did not use his service because of this.

Overall it went well. The representative from Ernie's was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

I wasn't there...it was at my daughter's home but all went well according to her. They were a bit pricey.

We spent about $230. The plumber did a very good job and he was very good. As a matter of fact, I had another question that I forgot to ask him and I gave him a call. He then came back after half an hour and explained it to me. He was very thorough and also came on time.

They came out the same day I called. They didn't make the scheduled time, but called ahead of time to let me know they'd be a little behind. Very friendly and did great work. I?d recommend them without hesitation.

They have helped us several times before over the years, but this time stood out. After I called they immediately sent a young man out despite ice on the ground and poor weather conditions. He assessed what needed to be done. He needed a part and said he would return today. He returned when he said he would, again despite poor weather, on time and fixed the problem. He also took care of another problem right away. The service he provided was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. They are just an exceptional organization.

They were prompt. My mother is 88 and has dementia. The plumber that fixed the leak was wonderful even though she asked him at least 30 times what was happening. He fixed everything and stayed 13 hours in order to get the leak fixed. I have never seen anyone that was so dedicated. I was extremely impressed. We had a major leak, but he went above and beyond. I would recommend Ernie's Plumbing to anyone.

Damian did a great job. He communicated well, and completed the job professionally.

Woke up on Tuesday morning and realized we had no hot water. Realized it was a problem with the hot water heater. Called Ernie's Plumbing and left a voice mail at about 6:30 a.m. by 7:30 a.m. they had called me back to set up a call. Terry Brown was at my house by 8:40 a.m. and gave me a free estimate. Getting it fixed was much less than getting a new hot water heater installed so he went right to work. He would periodically call me out to show me what he was doing or where the problem was. He even pointed out a couple of potential problems and I had those fixed as a precaution. He could not have been more professional or courteous. When he was done he checked everything and went over the PMA offer. It took less than four hours from the time Terry got to my house to get the job fixed.

Went very well. I called in the morning for an appointment and they got a plumber to my house within 15 minutes! The plumber was knowledgeable, and honest. The charge was for the job, not for the time spent doing it. I felt comfortable with this company, and have had good experiences with them in the past

I was not comfortable with his visit and would not use this company. I believe this company raises their prices believing people will think they are receiving a good deal with the coupons. He figured the $100 off coupon in the estimate without knowing I had a coupon.
