Arlington Samsung Repair

They send a repair man to my house to check the machine he immediately told me that I had too many towels in the machine. Its a high efficiency machine and I had put that large load before without any issues. He said the main board needed to be replace and it was going to take 2 weeks to take the part and it was going to be $310 since I had already paid $55 for the visit. It actually took 3 weeks to get the part and when he returned to my house the new part didn't work, before I couldn't even react and without asking me he told me he was taking my part to the place he bought the part to make sure they order the correct one and he was going to call me back in an hour. He didn't call, I tried calling him twice without any luck so I called the company after 3 times, I talked to someone she transferred me to a voicemail that said they were going to call back in 5 minutes, that person never call. The repair man called me almost an hour later saying it was going to take 2 more weeks for the new part; at this point I'm so frustrated and don't really trust this company so I asked him to bring my part back. The company call me to make sure that's what I wanted to do no apology no offers to do anything else for me. My washer still no fix, I don't know how the part is going to be or if it's going to be my part that he's bringing back after all. I would not recommend this place at all, now I have to look for another place and start all over.
