+ -1 moreThis is the 2nd time I have used CMS (Cook's Mechanical Service). During the coldest part of the winter in middle Tennessee the main A/C/heating unit went out. CMS showed up within 3 hours of calling and replaced the entire unit for under $4500.00. The service people are very professional and you could not even tell someone had been here to do any work. So when the other unit went out, I called CMS immediately. Again, they should up within 3 hours of calling and fixed the unit in less than 15 minutes.
Description of Work: Repaired a broken A/C unit on the hottest day of the year in middle Tennessee on the Friday before a 3-day weekend.
