Allyson was beyond fantastic. We never had to lift a finger and she went above and beyond in services needed and rendered. If we weren't selling our unit, we would 100% use Allyson again as a property manager. She is the best there is.

We've used Synergy for our property management for about a year. They are very responsive and don't act hassled when you have questions about your house. Before Synergy we tried to use another Property management which was a horrible experience and they just wanted to collect the 10% monthly fee without doing any work. Synergy is much better and the rare times when we do have to call with a question regarding our property, they are quick to respond and very friendly. We are using them again as we try to find tenants for another property, and would highly recommend them.

Excellent. Brian was able to get repairs and updates done to the house prior to showing it. The cost to me was much less than if I had contracted the work out on my own. He also talked me out of unnecessary expenses I thought I needed to make in order to rent the property. I'm currently using Synergy to manage the property and will continue to use them.
