How can I give this place 0 stars? I've been trying to get in touch with Joe Rutter who is apparently the only person that can help me for more than 3 months. I have emailed, called, contacted BBB. They have now spent nearly a total of 5,000 dollars fixing an AC over several months with an inability to explain the charges. They don't respond. They don't get back to me on maintenance items. In addition to that 5K, they have spent over 10k on other items over 1.5 years on a home I lived in for a year without any issues and that was built in 2013. All I want is an explanation of the repeat charges, a refund if they should have fixed it in the first place, and to never use their services again. Oh, did I mention they don't follow their own policy of notifying a landlord when an expense will be over a certain amount?
