Great! They did a great job and were here right on time, not a minute late not a minute early.

We pay eighty dollars a service call for them to come out and service it. They have great weekend service as well as after normal business hour service. My only problem is during regular hours they are a little slow in getting to you. I think they put more importance on there commercial customers over there residential customers.

They were the ones who originally installed the system and they are OK. There has only been one thing that we have been unhappy about. One time when they were out, I asked them to look underneath the house to make sure the venting was properly attached because our electric bill that month was unusually high. The serviceman failed to look underneath the house, but he told me that he did. I did complain to the company and they sent someone back out who realized that the venting was all pulled loose, so they replaced all of it. Otherwise, we have been satisfied with this company.
