OUTSTANDING in every way. I called several tree services. Kailey's responded to the phone call and came right out to give me an estimate for the work. Flavio and I walked around the yard to determine what needed to be done. The River Birch was dumping leaves on the roof all year round and dropping sticks constantly. The other trees were leaning over our house and blocking sun so that we had little grass in the areas. Flavio make careful notes and wrote a description of the work and estimate on the spot. It came immediately as an e-mail and was what we had agreed to. He also sent a copy of his insurance so we could be sure that everything was covered. ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL estimate process. I agreed to hire him and we set a date for the work. The crew arrived just before 9 am and went right to work. They used a chipper to dispose of branches as they cut the limbs and later brought a lift truck to take off the logs. Mauricio ground the stumps. This was a large job as the River Birch had four large branches from a single core. He then ground the other branches. They cleaned up packed up Mauricio asked me to review the job and the original agreement with him. We found that they had missed the overhanging branch. Given the GREAT JOB they had done, I could have almost overlooked the fact that they missed the branches. As the PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER ORIENTED team they were, they immediately got out the equipment and took out those branches. They are a team that is bound by their word. With 30 years in the Air Force I am accustomed to dealing with men who honor their word and commitments. The Kailey's team is that kind of organization. THE PRICE WAS OUTSTANDING THEY WERE ON TIME THE CREW PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE THE JOB WAS QUICK AND COMPLETE THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA I WILL USE THEM AGAIN

Flavio, the owner, came out and gave me a quote for my tree. Very competent, great references. and scheduled our 75 foot tree to be cut down, along with stump grinding two weeks later. I also recommended his company to two of my neighbors, who had work done at the same time.. Crew came on time and especially enjoyed the work ethic of Jose. These guys are impressive and professional, worked quickly and no damage to my roof or our fence. The crew even took the time to clean the dust off of my neighbor's parked car! The stump was ground later in the day by a different person, who was also very professional and kind. I'm not sure if there was a disconnect, but we were left with all of the shavings from the grinding - about a three foot high x four foot round pile of ground wood. I contacted Flavio, the owner, and he said that he would personally be out the next day to clean up the mess.. After waiting two weeks with no resolution...I ended up shoveling it up and disposing of it myself. The price was higher than others, but the crew that did the actual work was fantastic. I hope they are compensated for their professionalism.

Flavio came out for the estimate and provided it on the spot. Flavio was prompt, polite and professional. I booked the service for a week later. The two-man crew arrived promptly and got to work straight away. Because I did not speak the language of the crew, I called Flavio to be sure they understood the job (as I was paranoid about losing the canopy). I reached Flavio right away and he told me that Maurico, the crew supervsior, would be there shortly and that Flavio would call the crew and Maurico to confirm their understanding of the job. As promised, Mauricio arrived a few minutes later and we fully discussed the job. The diligent and serious crew was able to trim my large trees, including vines on the trunks, while maintaining the beautiful canopy. They cleared the messy, vine ridden area without doing a chop job. During the course of the servicing, Mauricio asked me a few questions - e.g., did I prefer that an entire limb be removed or to trim back the branches of the tree closest to my house? - to get the job right. I am very pleased with the services provided, as well as the Kaily's fellas.

The visit from the gentleman that came to see the tree and gave me the estimate was very professional, he was also and knowledgeable. He got right on time and set the work for the 23 of September. However, last Friday as I got home late from work, I saw the trash can out place. When I checked why, to my pleasant surprise, I saw that the tree was gone! I was a very happy woman. I could not ask for a better service. Right on time for the first visit, a reasonable estimate, and the work done wayyyy ahead of time, Every thing was clean and neat after they left. Great job !

Huge sweet gum located very close to back door of house. Diameter aprox. 4 feet, height, 200 feet? A monster. Kaily's arrived with new trucks, new grinder, crew of 5. They had a man go up onto the tree and slowly disassemble it from the top, each gigantic branch cut off and slowly and carefully lowered to the ground with a rope. Not a bit of damage to the house. Everything cleaned up and gone. Roof of house also cleaned. I can see the sky now! Expert job, I am a happy dude. This was a very good price, half as much as other quote. Easy to work with, good communications.

The recent storm in Nashville blew over two hackberry trees which resulted in my electrical line and cable line being ripped down from the transformer and from the house. Due to the many, many trees down in my area the Nashville Electric Service was not able to get their tree removal guys out as quickly as I needed. On a recommendation I called Flavio at Kaily's Tree Service. Even though their crews were already overloaded, Flavio desperate plea for emergency service. His crew came out and went right to work. I have never seen such magic. These guys were like watching cirque du soleil. It was a ballet in the sky. They proceeded to cut up two fallen trees and then cut down two very tall trees that were damaged. They worked in very close proximity to my house and two others being built right next door. There was no damage to any buildings or my remaing fence. They were so skilled and so very professional. They removed all the trees and debris and cleaned up every bit of their mess. Flavio of Kaily's tree service quickly responded to bid for removing two large trees close to the front of our house. His company was one of the few that did not stop communicating once we pressed for insurance verification. His pricing was within the range of other bids we received. He provided all information we requested, fully answered all our questions and responded promptly to all calls. On the day of removal, a crew of 4 showed up with two large trucks - shredder and large claw for the trunk cuts. The crew was polite, worked well together and answered all my questions. The person handling stump grinding showed up shortly after the main crew left and completed the grinding per our discussion. They left the work site neat. There were some small indentations in the lawn but we had earlier discussed the small work area between the gas line/driveway/house. My only negative is that they were so busy that I had to wait 10 days.

Very pleased with the work they did. Due to insurance requirements, I had to have one tree removed (about 25' tall) because it was against the house and the limbs were touching the roof. I also had to have the limbs on another much larger tree (about 75'-100' tall?) trimmed so the lower limbs weren't directly over the house. The price I negotiated was to remove the smaller tree and trim six limbs. When the work was being done the two guys also trimmed some dead limbs in the large tree, cleaned up some previous trimming that was done by someone else, and generally went beyond the minimum requirements of the job. They were very fast and very careful to make sure nothing fell on the house, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up and did an overall good job. The original price I was given was $500. I'd suggest negotiating for the best price. I wanted a price of $300 but they wouldn't go below $400. I called around a couple other places and found that $400 was a fair (maybe even good) price. I had a relatively short window of time to get the work done due to insurance requirements, and they met my objectives there as well. I'd recommend them and will use them again if needed.

They did not come on the original day set up. I think there may have been a misunderstanding because of heavy accent. Otherwise, they did a very good job and were diligent with the clean-up.

Scheduling worked out fine. They did a good job! They cut down a tree and pruned two others. I felt their pricing was reasonable.

Very professional. Gave great advice about the tree and the damage it could do to my house if not cut down.

After purchasing a big deal for $199, (worth $400), I called to ask for some trees in front of my house to be trimmed. I had a few other ideas on things I would like to have done, but I expressed that I really didn't want to spend any more than the $199 I already paid. I was told, "I have to make some money on this" (paraphrasing, but that was the gist of it) and so because I felt a little pressure (and was worried I wouldn't get my money's worth on the big deal, I ended up spending more than I intended. Granted, I DID spend the money and the work was done and I AM pleased with it. There were several guys who showed up and there was some language interpretation going on, which is fine, but always makes things a little more confusing, too. Still, they all seemed to communicate well and I was able to understand what was going to be done. I also was grateful that one of the men even suggested not trimming the evergreens TOO much more than I already had suggested. They cleaned up all of the debris very well and everything looks great now. Now that I can see all the work that was done, I am happy with it, but I do think I probably paid a bit more than I was really OK with. Worth it? Yes, I guess so. But I'd definitely have to think about using them again. Not for lack of quality work but because I don't ever want to feel pressured or "guilted" into getting something done that I wasn't ready to commit to initially.

This company was very communicative and promptly showed up at the scheduled time to perform the estimate. However, I did not think that I was getting very much for my coupon.

I just felt like for the $199 I wasn't getting much.

They responded to my purchase quickly and were able to do my trimming on the same morning as I got my quote! Such nice gentlemen, they did a great job and cleaned up afterwards!

First crew cut off the all the limbs and branches, cleaned up all the pieces and put them in a mulcher. Second crew came in and cut down the remaining larger section of the tree trunk; cut it into smaller sections and loaded it on a trailer to haul away. Both crews were very professional and took great care not to break any of the wires near the trees. Lastly, Flavio himself came in and used the stump grinder to finish up the job. He even shovelled the mulch into neat piles and explained what to expect as they condensed. He also swept up the surrounding street areas where there was sawdust. Overall they were very efficient, careful and did an outstanding job. I am so relieved now about that tree not causing any problems for my neighbors or myself. I even gave the company number to my boss for him to talk to Flavio for some work. I will be telling anyone who will listen how good my experience was with Kaily's Tree Service and Flavio.

These guys were great. The owners name was Flavio and he followed up and even provided with no problem the insurance information. They came and did a beautiful job and cleaned up when they were done.

Very timely. The owner came out and didn't seem to understand the coupon so I didn't purchase coupon. He sent a guy to do the work that couldn't speak English so we had to go on speaker phone. They did quality work for the price.

Was impressed how quickly they responded and how quickly the work was completed. They even had this huge chipper machine that they put the branches in and pulverized them, leaving NO mess! Trees look great, great value and the men were kind and respectful.

I purchased a Big Deal with them. They sent me an email asking me to call them for an appoinment. When I called them, they told me that the deal had expired. The coupon clearly states that it is good until January of 2015. The man on the phone said that he was told differently by the owner. I do not want to work with a company that is this disorganized.

I really felt that I was taken advantage of. After he completed the work, I received an invoice for a total of 600.00. He already had received 199.00 from me but wanted an additional 200.00 for the work he had completed. The very next day I had gotten an estimate from someone else and it was only 300.00. I wouldnt recommend this provider to anyone.

We had an excellent experience.

It went fine, but the "deal" turned out not to be appropriate for us at this time.

It went very good, very quick with there work. And also would clean up very fast after the job was done.
