We were very happy with the service, and the gentleman went above and beyond to make it happen for us. All in all, we were very happy and would hire them again.

I purchased an Angie's deal of a three person crew with chipper for two hours at $489 in March 2017. I needed two trees removed and one limb of overhanging branches removed from another. Within the week of purchase Mr. Kaily's called, came out and told me the deal would not cover this amount of work. Because I had used this company before and was pleased with their work and professionalism, I did agree to an additional $300 beyond the $489. He scheduled work for August 17th and crew arrived promptly, did the cutting, removed logs, grinded stumps and cleaned up area.

They were awesome, reasonably priced, timely, and did quality work.

I am impressed!.. Some trees were really difficult, and the way the team dealt with them was beautiful. They were very professional. Fast. Friendly people, too. Reasonable price. The team was four people, and they worked hard about three or four hours. Also, Flavio himself and his team are very reliable in returning calls and being on time. Definitely will call them again, and recommend them to others.

Flavio and his guys came in and went straight to work on a 60ft hackberry tree. This tree was huge and in between my house and my neighbors. His guys knew exactly how to take this monster apart limb by limb and they work for 8 hours straight until everything was taken down and raked up and by the end of the day it was as if a tree never existed. The price came in lower than my other quotes and he was using more guys to make sure it was taken down as carefully as possible which was really the selling point for me. He also accepts credit cards which is nice when you don't have $2600 laying around! Thanks again for the great work!

They did a great job. They came out in a timely fashion and finished the work quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had three companies come out for estimates to remove some very large trees, clean up others, and do some stump grinding. Flavio was by far the most personable, punctual, and responsive. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and his bid was significantly lower than the other competitors for the same scope of work. I was extremely pleased with our initial meeting, as well as his crew. They were able to work around our schedule, finish the job quickly, and were polite and respectful of our property throughout. We will absolutely call them again for future projects!

Mauricio and his team are the most outstanding example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service in the entire Middle Tennessee area that I have seen since we moved here in 02/2016. I am so impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and entire experience. Since we are new to the area, we had no idea who to call to get two trees that were too close to the house removed. We called some local people near our town but the work ethic and desire to work seem to be lacking here. We went for days waiting for calls to be returned and then ended up empty when promises for appraisals never happened because they just simply did not show up. Out of frustration, we finally chose Kaily's (a company that was not as local) because we saw them advertised in the Angie's List magazine. We called on Monday to get a quote. Maurico showed up the next day at 0815 for his 0900 appointment - dressed very professionally and exuding confidence. Our service was scheduled for Saturday that same week (AMAZING!!). The team of men showed up, hard hats and all, with their giant truck and got right to work. They made the tree removal look like cake. Nothing was damaged during the process and the removal was flawless. They did such a great job. They were so methodical and quick that I didn't even hear them leave. They cleaned up after themselves so much that you can't even tell they were ever there (except two trees are gone). I wish every company we dealt with here in TN worked the way Kaily's does. Quick, professional, courteous and the best customer service ever!! Worth every penny - would use again and again and recommend to anyone needing this type of service done.

The team was outstanding. I say team because they all worked together to make the job go quickly and perfectly. They had a cheerful attitude while they worked on a very hot day. After cutting and chipping the trees, vines, and yard debris - they then raked the yard and used a leaf blower to make sure it looked great. It took them less than 2 hours to remove what had overgrown my yard the last 5 years. I watched the crew cut my neighbors trees and knew they would be great for my task. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was so impressed with the crew's timeliness and skill. Other providers had quoted me much higher prices, but remember, you don't need arborists to remove dying trees. You just need skilled people with the right machines who know how to do just that. I'll definitely use Kaily's again when I'm ready to remove several overgrown bushes in my backyard next spring.

Mauricio and his crew did an amazing job. They cut down a 60-70 foot tulip poplar tree that was in close proximity to our house. The whole process of removing limbs and taking down the large remaining trunk took only about 30 minutes. They worked with such accuracy and precision that nothing in our yard or house was damaged. Yoshino cherry trees on each side of the poplar were unscathed. They knew exactly how to angle the fall where they wanted it to be. One of the guys even cut some small slices for me from the trunk of the fallen river birch tree. When the birch tree fell, it was like slow motion, and it just gently leaned down to the ground. All debris was removed. Could not have asked for a better experience. We hated to lose our trees, but Kaily's Tree Service made the process as painless as possible. Highly recommend.

Showed up on time, did what he said he would, was quick, cleaned up well. Super nice folks to work with.

Called on Tuesday and spoke with Mr. Martinez. He came out the next day and arrived ahead of schedule time to give me an estimate. Said he could do the job Saturday but could possibly get done sooner. Arrived mid-morning the next day and had the tree stump cut down, stump grind and area cleaned up within the hour. The tree stump was picked up later that day. Everyone encountered was really nice.

These guys were amazing. I was able to get a quote the day after I called them and they were there a few days later to get the work done. The guys were all very respectful and careful when working around the property. When they were gone, you would not have even known they were there. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!

Flavio Martinez came out and quoted me on the tree. I could tell he really cares about what he does as well as about trees. He informed me our Weeping Willow tree was dying and told me that it could have been hit by lighting or from trimming the limbs incorrectly. He kept telling me how nice a tree it was. He told me he would email me a quote along with his liability insurance and within an hour I had both. He is a man of his words. I highly recommend Flavio and his team. On the day they were to come out, Flavio's team has a flat tire on the interstate and they called me to inform me of what happened. Once they arrived, they again apologized for the delay. They cleaned up every last limb as well as the saw dust, you wouldn't even know there was a tree there once they were through. Great company and good group of people!

After years of trying to find someone who would do a good job of trimming and shaping a huge holly in our front yard, I found Kaily's Tree Service on Angie's List. I called the owner, Flavio Martinez, and he came out the next day. By the end of the week his crew came with their bucket truck, and in short order they had the job done. They were punctual, professional and polite-- and they cleaned up all the debris. We will definitely use Kaily's for any future tree needs. Thank you Flavio, and your great crew, for making our holly look like the tree it was meant to be!

I texted him a picture and he said he would be able to come out the next day however, the buyers of our home were insistent on having it done immediately. We explained the situation and he said he would send someone right over. They completed the project within a few hours! We were very pleased with the excellent service and price! We will definitely use them in the future when we require this type of service.

Two of the trees were in my backyard, and the third tree was at the side of my house, close to two A/C units and near the overhead electrical lines for our home. One of the backyard trees was large in diameter and tall. Because I did not want to pay more to also have them grind both the backyard tree stumps, I asked them to please cut both trunks as close to the ground as possible. The result was both stumps only stick up above the ground by a few inches. I had cut a tree down in the backyard a few years earlier, but about two feet of the stump still remained. My wife asked me to ask them if they would also cut that stump down close to the ground too since it was close by to the other two trees and it would be a simple and quick thing to do. They did this without any additional charge. The third tree at the side of my house was cut down and the stump ground up. They were a tad late arriving because a piece of equipment had broken down on an earlier job. I was going to be home all day so this was fine with me. And they did call me to tell me they would be a bit late too, and that was nice. They arrived just before one pm and the job began about 1:15 pm. It took perhaps 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete most of the work. A special truck with a claw-type "grabber" arrived early the following morning. The large cut up tree trunks were loaded and taken away. I pursued 2 or 3 other offers from tree service providers. One came out to the house, but the offer was much more expensive to do this job ($2150). In summary, everyone I met was great. They are really a class act so to speak. Thank you Kaily's Tree Service for a job well done.

Terrific! Flavio was very informative; didn't try to sell us any more work than we contacted him for. Was able to get to us in about a week...no long waits. The crew was on-time, extremely fast, and organized. In fact, three different crews came by the same morning: one to take down the tree and grind the branches, one to haul off a couple of very large stumps, and finally, one to grind the stump (which was very thorough). They also cleaned up very well. Their price was the best we found--very fair. The only 'B' in our rating was because there was just a little collateral damage to a couple of shrubs caused by falling limbs. Normally, I think tree guys rope a limb and guide it down if it's likely to hit something. On the other hand, the damage was small, so no big deal. Come to think of it, by not using ropes, it also sped up the process considerably, so there was a positive side, too. Probably should be a B+ for that category actually, or maybe an A- , but they were definitely an A overall! :-) Anyway, we're very happy with the crew, the job, and the price; and impressed with the organization: the way those three different teams rolled in and out during the day was pretty cool! A lot of machinery and workers--it felt like we really got our money's worth. We'll definitely be calling them for future work around our property...which we'll be needing, I'm sure. Thanks!!

Fantastic! Very prompt and professional. 2 1/2 hours from pull in to pull out. I have a newfound respect for taking out tall trees. They worked together as an experienced team.

Called Mr. Martinez and described my need to have trees and branches over or near my NES power line along my driveway removed. He came out the next day, looked at the situation and gave me an estimate. He identified the types of trees involved and offered advice on ones most sturdy and those in greatest danger of falling on the line. Based on his recommendation we decided on what should be done. He scheduled a time within a week for his crew to come do the work. He immediately had his office to send me a confirmation estimate email as well as a copy of his insurance on the same day of the estimate. Upon completion of the work I received an online receipt that my payment had been applied. On said day, his crew arrived, did the work, cleaned up and hauled off logs and grinded the stump. I was very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use this company again. The men were efficient, courteous and professional.

The crew arrived earlier than scheduled and worked from 8:30am until 5:45pm. Amazing team - they had several trucks and a crew of around 8 to 10. They were punctual, professional, and very skilled. We live in an urban neighborhood with lots of wires running from the street to house and that tree was right over all those wires. They maneuvered each cut and drop like a choreographed dance. It was amazing. No utiliity wire or cables were compromised! They cleaned up EVERYTHING, including the roofs and porches of the adjacent houses. They even got a permit, being conscious of our local protocol. Because I got their name from Angie's list they did the stump grinding free! (a $150-$200 value).

OUTSTANDING! Kailys Tree Service is the best. We had a tree split and fall in our yard. Flavio had someone out to our house within an hour after I called. Mauricio gave us a great estimate on the tree removal. They did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Called on 9/30 for an estimate and Flavio came out the same day. Work was scheduled and was performed on 10/13. The work was quickly and professionally. I had a complaint about the appearance of my yard. However, Flavio resolved the issue immediately. I am pleased the outcome of the work that was performed.

This was an amazing experience and I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again without any reservation. Every single person we dealt with was very professional and polite... from initial estimate to the final sweep up. Watching the men climb the trees and gradually bring them down was mesmerizing. They did an incredible job. We wish we needed more trees removed so they could spend more time with us!
