They were very attentive and stepped right up. I called at 9:15am and the truck driver was there by 10:15. Tristin was professional from the beginning to the end. Job was finished timely, cleaned up, and I could have not ask for better service. I explained I took off a day of work and the person Angies list set up for me did not show snd u was notified at 8:30 it was rescheduled for the 27 th That is unacceptable and I will not use Angies list again. I will also write a letter to BBB with Lowes not giving more info on the install and no one would say how it goes and who they use. Jewell Mechanical came thru stepped up and I will use them for any jobs I have!!!! I will discourage Angies List and give Jewell Mechanical number out. 10 stars for Jewel Mechanicsl and Triston. Their customer service is perfect.

This is the third time our family has used this company's service and we couldn't be more pleased with their work, professionalism, expertise, kindness and honesty. This time, our water heater went out (in the winter!). The company had a pretty full schedule as to be expected, but they didn't want us to go without so they made room for us! This was beyond appreciated as we have very small children! Such a noble thing to do for us. Scott came out and replaced/installed a new water heater in our home as soon as he could and it was painless for us! He had the old one out and new one in in no time! He was extremely polite and professional, sensitive to our needs and got the job done with perfection! He kept his workspace so neat and organized too. He went above and beyond as he has done before so... The bottom line is and as I've stated before, they have a customer for life with me.
