Derrick was very upfront with his pricing, charging a flat rate per rough in ($300.00) and a 20% mark up on his supplies. He worked long hours and accomplished the work with a minimum of complications. He explained what we needed and why and was an excellent communicator. He was professional in his conduct and cleaned up after himself.
As an added bonus, my wife and I made an error in communicating the location of a double sink bath vanity and Derrick moved it after he had already roughed in the drain. This was a lot of extra work for him but he took it in stride and didn't charge us extra.

One day we had him scheduled to do some work and there was a snow storm the night before. We were sure that he was not going to show up. At 8 am we got a call letting us know he was going to be about 10 minutes late. I do feel like his prices might be as high as a big company, but the detailed work he provides is worth every penny.

I was looking for someone who would perform the work on a weekend without a surcharge. Derrick offered to come and do the installation on Sunday. He said he was working on another job that morning and would come as soon as he could. It was about 5:00 pm when he got here, but he came and did the work as promised. He was very efficient and courteous. He cleaned up after himself quite well. He also offered to come back for free if I had any problems. I haven't had any problems. Everything went just as he predicted, and it's working great. I would definitely recommend Roberts Plumbing for any job large or small. They are insured and bonded, and Derrick Roberts is a Master Plumber.
