Awesome experience! Tyler called me less than 5 minutes after my request, and agreed to go to my house within 30 minutes since he was in the area already! In less than 2 hours my problem (a leak in the roof of our 1 yr old house) was solved! He even took care of several other potential problems he saw while on my roof! Extremely reasonable price as well. Highly recommended!

We had a tree fall on our home and within a few hours Tyler was there taking care of it. Awesome customer service!

Showed up at agreed upon time. Found the leak and caulked as interim fix, advised their prices to replace fireplace cap would be higher than hiring a chimney company (appreciate the integrity). My roof is in bad shape (I knew that when I bought house 4 in 2014) Had them measure for estimate. Today's patch was no charge if I replace roof with them, most likely going with them for replacement.

We had an immediate need for a ride repair and Tyler Smith came to the rescue right away. He was available and we hired him based on that and the good reviews on this site, and he did not disappoint. He was on time (actually even earlier due to a scheduling change that he communicated to us), and after viewing the water damage caused in our second story her went onto the roof to find the problem. He came down and showed us the reason for the leak with a cellphone video he took: rusty nails and lose shingles. He then quoted is a price (Tyler has a $ 150 minimum per call) that we accepted and did the repair right away. He then lowered his bid as the job did not require as much time and materials as he had anticipated. I waited with my review until the next rainstorm to see if the problem was solved - it was, no additional rain damage detected! We are very satisfied with Mr. Smith and can recommend him without hesitation.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Tyler Smith was courteous, conscientious and reliable. He made extra efforts to complete our repair before the scheduled appointment in order to have the problems resolved before an anticipated rain. We will call him again when the time comes to replace the roof. He also made a small repair at no cost that was unnoticed during the initial inspection.

Came out and replace skylight and replace Roofing and plywood did a great job for a good price thank you guys

They were out the next day to give a free quote. The quote was very affordable and they had it repaired within the week. They sent us pictures once it was completed.

Tyler and his crew were exceptional. They helped me work with the insurance company after a storm and had a beautiful roof installed in no time. Every time I needed to talk to them, the service was great. They were also great with clean up, you wouldn’t even know that the roof was replaced except for how much better it looks.

Tyler Smith and his helper were great to work with. He responded right away by phone and set up an appointment for the afternoon and kept me informed about his arrival time. They were quick to get to work and diagnose the problem. Discussed the findings and gave a very reasonable estimate and got to work fixing it. Very professional and honest. Time will tell if the leak is fixed but I feel very confident in their work. I would hire them again.
