We absolutely loved working with Southern Service. On time, attentive to details, went over the top fixing some problems that were present from previous work, and walked us through everything we needed to know to maximize and care for our new water heater. Most importantly, did exactly what he promised to do and when. He also left the work area clean and neat. I am thrilled and will recommend Southern Service to anyone looking for plumbing installation and repair.

We had 4 projects spread across three bathrooms. The plumber resolved all problems in a timely fashion and left each work area in a neat, clean fashion. I would certainly use again.

Hank was very easy to talk to, listening attentively to needs, my apparent needs and making suggestions of his own as we looked at possible solutions to my problem. His work was done with apparent skill and timeliness. Overall, a good experience and the charge seemed reasonable.

Hank is Amazing! I can't stress enough how great our experience was. His professionalism, expertise and honesty is welcomed in a situation where one often feels at the mercy of your technician. We cannot recommend him highly enough! We initially contacted Southern Service for a clogged toilet that despite our best efforts we couldn't get unclogged. Hank arrived the same day after 5 and managed to clear the clog, but his attention to detail wouldn't let it go until he figured out what actually caused the clog to prevent it in the future. He said we'd need to remove the toilet to see, so we decided to just replace the 15 year old toilet since he was going to remove it anyway, and called it a night. We purchased a toilet at Home depot, using Hank's suggestions as a guideline (after all how often does one shop for toilets). Hank returned first thing the next morning , pulled the old toilet and we found the cause...15 years of hard water buildup, not just in the entry but throughout the plumbing. Hank was able to not only clear the hard water deposit around the entry, but the entire pipe all the way to where the it joins with our other bathroom. With the pipe looking brand new, He quickly installed the new toilet, cleaned up all the mess, and disposed of the old toilet for us. We'll definitely call him again, since our toilet shopping, my wife has also found new fixtures she wants to upgrade the bathroom too next.

Customer service is outstanding. Jessica is wonderful to work with, she helped to coordinate my estimate and booked the installation dates. We had just bought this house. Our plumbing was a hot mess, leaks in crawl, leak in master shower tankless system was never maintained. Hank came in and inspected everything, he took his time which is almost unheard of these days and provided us with a competitive quote. You're hired! The first day, he showed up at the appointed time and was ready to prep the house for a huge job. The second day, again he showed up when he told me he would, made all the connections exactly as he described. He took the time to teach me a thing or two about plumbing. I am certain that I'll only need to contact Hank and Jess again to schedule maintenance on our tankless hot water system. Thanks you guys, you both provided outstanding professionalism and the best in customer service.

My appointment was for Wednesday the 21st. but Hank found himself in my area Monday the 19. with some time to spare, so he called to see if I would like for him to come by and do the job that day. I was very happy to get the job done earlier than expected. He arrived on time, did a great job, and his price was reasonable compared to others. I highly recommend Southern Services to anyone. I will be calling Hank for any future plumbing job that I may have.

Discussed water heater problem with Hank, He diagnosed problem and quoted reasonable repair cost. We discussed normal water heater life and replacement cost and I elected repair. Very satisfied

Hank (the owner) answered the phone the first time I called him. So many others ask you to leave a message. He was prompt in coming to repair my faucet. I was so happy he could fix my faucet instead of having to replace all the faucets in the master bathroom. Many other plumbing places want to replace instead of repair. Hank diagnosed the problems before he went to work & fixed the problems quickly for a reasonable price.

Hank was wonderful!!!! I called Southern Service because I had a leaking water pressure valve. Hank was available and said he would be over in about 30 mins and HE WAS!!! He found the problem and was able to repair it in less than an hour. Customer service is outstanding! He is honest and reasonable on his prices. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been screwed over so many times in the past by previous plumbers that Southern Service is a total breath of fresh air. I will be calling them again when I need service in the future. Called the guy for emergency situation at townhouse. Wasn't able to get out to me that day but diagnosed over the phone, and nailed it. Fixed myself, but will call these guys again
