Hank provided me with exceptional service! Even though this work was after normal business hours, he contacted the plumbing supplier and worked with them to re-open their warehouse to obtain the necessary water heater. Hank finished the job that night and verified that everything was in working order. I am very pleased with the quality and customer service Hank provided. Hank even helped me move a large storage cabinet back into place after the work was completed. Customer service going above and beyond expectations!!!

Within minutes of submitting a request on Home Advisor for plumbing help due to a water main leak we received a call from Southern Service. They connected us with Hank who showed up within 30 minutes even though it was Friday evening of a holiday weekend and he was already headed home for the day. He completed the project efficiently, was extremely courteous, and was very reasonably priced. Having a water main leak was definitely not part of our holiday plans, but Southern Service took care of the problem quickly and pleasantly so that we were able to still enjoy our weekend plans. I cannot adequately express the caliber of the staff that helped me throughout the entire process of replacing my natural gas tank less hot water system (which began with Hank for the initial consultation then Leslie for the coordination and finally Greg for the estimate and the installation). I am still stunned with Greg's customer focus, attention to detail (the piping, wiring, venting, etc., is worthy of a magazine) and flawless execution. Greg certainly earned my superstar award.
