Hank was very nice according to my Renters. They said he did a excellent job. Plus they came out same day. I had a leak and I was scared it was gong to go through the whole house. With me being six hours away I could not get there to check tit out. I really appreciate the quick response I had. He was very nice and helpful on the phone when I talked to him. Plus he emailed me pictures when he was completed. He also email me picture of the old way it was done. It looks way nicer and cleaner the way he installed it. I have two rental properties in Tennessee and will be using them again someday.

Hank from Southern Service diagnosed and solved the problem, consulted with the manufacturer, got the needed part and fixed the problem. I got a more than fair price. What sold me was his tagline, "If you think a good plumber is expensive, hire a bad one." You get what you pay for. Very satisfied.

Friendly, showed up at scheduled time, cleaned up after the work was completed, and responded without question to an "after installation" issue on the weekend. It was a water heater replacement and the new unit, a week after installation, had a part on the control board go bad.

I had hired Southern Service a few months ago to install new hydrant at back of my house, and he did a great job. unfortunately, through our own ignorance, we forgot to cover it during a hard freeze that came later. The new hydrant froze and busted, causing a leak. Because of the excellent service we had gotten from Southern Service, we called them again. He came out early the next morning, changed out the faucet, and quickly solved the problem. He also picked up a cover that easily slips over the faucet to protect it from freezing. We will be calling Southern Service for any plumbing problems that arises in the future. They are honest, they do a great job, and their costs are very reasonable!

I received a call right away from Jessica at Southern Service. Jessica had already read my request and checked the schedule to see what was available and we set up an appointment for the same day. I work odd hours so they were able to fit me in later towards the evening. I received outstanding communication and customer service.
