I called at 5:00 Wednesday and Hank arrived at 8:30 next morning ready to do job I needed done. He was knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. The work was exceptional. If you need a plumber, he would be the one to call.

This company I great, we were well taken care of and he went the extra mile, will definitely be going back to southern service.

Hank was wonderful! He squeezed us in quickly after we had a water pipe leak. He was very friendly and explained exactly what was wrong. I felt very comfortable having in my home and trusted him to make the repair. Not only that, but when my landlord was trying to avoid paying, Hank actually got on the phone with him and quoted him some landlord-tenant law!

Hank took care of my repair quickly and was one heck of a value. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I will gladly recommend him to my friends & family, and use him for future issues.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, but did not fix the problem. The pilot light on our water heater would not stay lit. The technician was able to re-light the pilot light, but did not fully diagnose why it was going out. When I turned on the main burner, it went out after 3 to 4 minutes, and continues to do so. I don't feel I should have been charged for this service call.

Same day service was super. My main pet peeve when having work done at my house has always been having to clean up. However, Hank cleaned up after his work was done and you couldn't even tell he'd been there (well, except I now have an awesome new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal). Thanks for everything, Hank!

Fast, fast, fast. He called me back within 2-3 minutes. Was at my house the next day at 7:30 sharp. Was done by 11am. Very good work and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Hank.

I called Hank for 15 minutes, he give me his time to know what issues I have with my water heater. Give him a call you know what I'm talking about. I asked many questions trying to make sure it's the right way to get it fixed, Hank was so professional with his answers. Later he was hired to do it, I'm completely satisfied with the work he did.

Hank called me within 10 minutes of entering my information. We talked and he gave me a price. He arrived about 20 minutes later at most (We happened to live close by each other). At the end he did an excellent job in the time frame he gave. The "other company", Hiller, was trying to charge me 600 for the same job. Hank charged 200. Great job Hank.

Hank found a problem which had been plaguing my plumbing system for several years and had previously been misdiagnosed. He found a faulty valve in the piping, replaced it, and finally fixed the problem for good instead of just putting a "bandaid" on it. Highly recommend Hank!

Walking out the door early on Monday morning, it was clear I had an issue with my hot water tank. After getting on Home Advisor to find a plumber I was given a couple of options. Within 10-15 minutes of submitting my request, I had a call from Hank (Southern Service). We talked through what could be going on and about an hour later he was at my house. After talking through all of my options (and he patiently helped me understand ALL of my options), I opted to invest in a tankless hot water tank. It was a long day, but when the day was over, Hank had been in our crawl space most of the day and had installed the tankless water heater by himself. He was a workhorse. Pretty much worked all through the day (through lunch and dinner), and when he left we had hot water again. Very grateful for his commitment to the job, and I will most certainly refer others to him, and won't hesitate to call again if a plumbing need arises again.

The service rep showed up promptly a few minutes after my call -- looked at the problem and solved it at minimum cost - told me what to do to make my water heater last longer -- thought I was going to have to replace it. Will hire him again -- wow -- had lots of parts in a trailer with him (lots -- made it faster than others)

Pleased with work done by Southern Service. He did a professional job. He was communicative throughout the process. He worked out a time that was good for me. He called when he was on the way to do the job. He was thorough and went the extra mile to see that the job was properly completed.

I had my tool belt ready to fix my hot water heater and my wife said “You dummy, call someone who is a Professional.” So I did, in fact, I called several people and only ONE person responded in a timely manner (10 MINS LATER). His name was Hank. Folks when I tell you this brotha (well he’s Caucasian, I just call everyone brotha) came thru for me in the clutch! It was late in the evening but he ensured me that he would return the very next day to install my new hot water heater. Hank even restored hot water for the evening so I could baptize my toes in hot water. True to his word, returned, all by HIMSELF and did a 2 man job all by himself. If you are in need of a great plumber, you have got to call Hank!!!!
