It was an emergency as we did not have water due to a break in the water line. One Call came out the same day and did great work! The only drawback is that I thought I was getting an estimate and instead the work was already in progress before I realized it. As a result, I don't know how to evaluate the value for the money as I have nothing to compare with.

The One Call Plumbing technician was dispatched to my residence was inexperienced! He had to call for instructions and he didn't have the proper tools to start or finish the job. I was given a reduced service charge after a contentious discussion with the owner. I would not refer them to anyone.

I thought the cost to fix a leak in the yard from water line was far too expensive and then was not told before hand there was a service charge.

This company charged $129.00 plus a $69.00 service fee to unclog a toilet in an apartment I own. I called them because my regular plumber is on vacation this week. Several months ago my plumber charged me a total of $75.00 for a similar job. I have no problem with what One Call Plumbing did and the response was excellent. I will not use them again because of their excessive charge for a 15 minute job.

Once they ordered the parts, they never followed up, I had to continue to get a hold of them. The part they ordered did not fit, they wanted to cut a hole in the wall, and by this time I wanted to use someone else. They did waive the service fee, but customer service was terrible.

There are hidden fees with this Pro.

The repairman was very helpful and friendly and did not try to lure me into other things we didn’t need. I always appreciate that!!

The plumber was very nice. He fixed both of our running toilets. We also had a dishwasher problem draining; he checked the pipes and declared them fine. We will have to get another technician to see if the pump went out on the dishwasher.

Very good work, stayed with it until it got done, very pleased.

Very professional and easy to talk to. He actually had to leave my home to go to the hardware store to get parts and didn't even charge me extra! This was the second time I used him, and I believe I have now found my forever plumber. His call price is less than any other plumber I have used, and he did a better job to boot. In speaking with him, I learned that he comes from a family of plumbers.

Jerry called me before I even had a chance to close my computer. I explained what was going on with my clogged kitchen sink followed by water backing up in the dishwasher. I told him I had called root router early in the morning, and they said they would come in the afternoon but weren't sure what time. I told him no one called ( and it was after 5p.m.), which is why I got on home advisor to find someone else. He was so nice. After giving him a few details, he suggested I try something. I did while he was on the phone, and it solved the problem. He never even had to come to the house. I was so impressed, I made an appointment for him to come out and fix a shower head later this week.

$200 service fee, but it worked out better than paying hourly for snaking it out.

It was fantastic. They came out quickly. We made a call to Home Advisor and they were out the next day.
