Very professional. We paid the $300,00 for the two small jobs we had. I suppose that is going rate. It was expensive for us, but we had to have it done.

Jerry is very responsive and was easy to work with.

Jerry did a great job fixing our problem, was able to come early (with permission), and was quick and efficient. He even took the time to interact with our toddler who was fascinated by what was going on. Will definitely call One Call Plumbing again next time!

I told them I needed it that day it was 7: am and they where at my house 2 hrs later, I would definitely hire again.

Overpriced for the work he did. Installed 4?x 4? plastic dryer cover with 4 screws less than 30 minutes labor, charged $400. Would never recommend this company for anything. Told both realtors about this company and not to recommend.

This is the first time doing business with then. Satisfied with the water heater check up. Didn't know they were going to do a complete household plumbing evaluation.

Arrived on time and had my repair done quickly. Recommended a fix with an unknown issue with the water pressure, but did not pressure to fix. Fair price and were professionals!

One Call contacted me and I described the problem. He was here within 30 minutes and gave me an estimate. I accepted and work was started today. Barring rain or other adverse weather conditions, he said he'd have the job completed by Wednesday.

While they exceeded their appointment timeframe by 30 minutes, it was bitterly cold that day and I was an afternoon appointment. As a carpenter, I could completely relate. When service tech did arrive, he got right to work and did a thorough job of making sure pipes and water heater were drained and added antifreeze to the drains despite the cold weather. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I probably could have winterized the vacant property myself, but I didn't know what I didn't know. One thing to mention, owner didn't tell me when he quoted the price for the job that there was an additional $69 service call fee on top of what he quoted. He agreed to waive the fee, though, because I had already drained the pipes before they arrived, saving his guy some time. When giving a quote for a job, it should include every known expense and not have a hidden charge that the customer gets hit with after the service is complete. Just leaves a bad taste, but now I know if I use him again to ask the question. That's why the four stars for customer service, otherwise, they were great with answering calls, giving me a next-day appointment, and keeping me up to speed on their arrival time.
