Great attitude. Good sense of humor. Courteous. Called me on updates of his arrival time. Price was higher than expected for a five minute job, but he DID REALLY save the day for me, and DID really have to come a fair distance. Explained thoroughly what he did, why, and what caused the problem.

He installed a 75 gal. gas water heater after 7 PM on a Saturday night. That was $200 less than the best quote we got. Most plumbers couldn't get that size until Monday morning.

This was the first time I looked for a plumber on line. Jerry responded immediately. Came out the next day to give me a bid to hook up a gas line for my new gas stove. He did everything he said he would and was clear on pricing and schedule. He also suggested an electrician who I used as well. Jerry will be my first call plumber from now on.
