The guy was polite professional, and did a great job. He cleaned up all the mess after the job was done too. The full amount will be due at time of service no exceptions, but you will know the cost before he starts. I would use him again if I ever have a problem, I think his name was Jerry. I loved the fact when I came out with a sharpie to write the date of service he had already done it and left his name and number as well

This company represents want America is missing today. Old fashion hard work helping their customers and neighbors 24/7. It does my heart good to know there is still this quality of service available. Fantastic! Jerry is the real deal and the prices are great.

I will hire One Call again if, more likely when, I need a plumber. Jerry responded within minutes of contact with HomeAdvisor; and came to the house ready to work. He attempted to clear the sewer and it had collapsed. He had to call the city to have the other service lines marked, and set a date as soon after as was possible. He arrived on schedule, got the work done in less than a day, and cleaned up as well as could be expected. I had thought the job a bit expensive until I started thinking about what I paid for the same work 20 years ago. I am very happy with the professionalism, promptness, quality, results and the cost.
