I've hired One Call twice, both times for broken frozen plumbing. Did a great job getting our water turned back on and repaired and then insulated the pipes so (hopefully) we won't have that problem again.

They cough me in a spot on Sunday and took full advantage of me cost 900.00 to put in a watetheater could have done it myself for a third of that if I had the time total ripoff

The service tech was very respectful of my home, along with the knowledge to take care of the plumbing problem. He did the work in a timely and professional manner. Would high recommend to anyone, and use them for any plumbing problems that I may have in the future.

Monday they never showed up...never called. Yesterday they showed up to replace a faucet and broken pipe under the house. After they left I am dealing with a faucet that leaks ALOT worse than when he started. After paying $225 I still have a faucet I can't use! Will speak to the owner to get this resolved. I am NOT happy.

If this company is going to charge their outrageous prices,they should at least let the customer know before the repair work is done that they are very expensive company. It sad when the repair cost more than a new unit. My repair was all labor,the part was under warranty.
