I had water backing up in the sink. I thought that I could unstop it disassembled the trap under the sink. I ran a snake and started to put the pipes together but it kept leaking. I got on Home Adviser & One Call Plumbing offered to fix it. They arrived and checked the trap. They used one gasket and finish tightening the trap. I was charged $149.00, the service call was $69.00 & the balance was for the gasket and the tightening. I payed the 149.00. Still having the leak and the backup I called Avellino Plumbing. They snaked the whole house & stopped the leak for $99.00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ONE CALL PLUMBING.

He was a very nice young man, very pleasant to talk to. He showed me what kind of faucet he was going to use, which was an upgrade from what I had. He also explained in detail in what he was going to do. I would definitely use him again.

While they came out as promised and did the repair. I had to recall them, they came back out and corrected the problem. Then I had to call them again, he said he would be out on 2 different occasions and has not come back or called us.

they did a good fine job, if they would have charge me a little less that would have been fine. I guess that's what goes with the job.

Pricey a bit, but I think it's a square deal. The plumber fixed me up, and honestly, I'm a bit of a DIY'er. This was a problem that was over my skill set, and he fixed it pro skill. Pricey? A bit, but that's what you pay for quality repaire. Will do business with them again.
