Scott and his whole crew were amazing from start to finish! They came to give us an estimate quickly, they helped us order the tile, and they were able to schedule us within the month. The price was very competitive with other estimates we received. They seemed the most knowledgable and most willing to back up their work. We had them remove almost 1000 square feet of sand and finish hardwoods that were installed incorrectly by our home builder. They then installed tile for us in that entire area. The workers were respectful of our home and our time and the job was completed exactly in the time they promised. The floors look amazing and they guarantee their work for the life of the time we live in this home. We would hire them again in a heartbeat! After some unfortunate experiences with contractors, we are so happy to have found Installer Direct and to have had such a wonderful experience!

It went very well. Scott called to say they were running a little late, but they arrived here right on time. All work was performed professionally. Scott and Sky were very pleasant to have in our home. Just wish we were aware of this company before we had the living room and bedroom carpet installed. The price was very, very reasonable. We didn't purchase the carpet from this company, but they were willing to come out and install the remnant piece that was leftover. Definitely would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent attention to detail. The whole crew were not like most construction crews. They were all very courteous and hard working. One thing that stood out was I didn't see anyone on there phone the entire time. That is rare these days.

Scott and his crew did an excellent job! I could not have asked for anything more. They were especially considerate and efficient. They sealed off the area they were working in from the other part of the house to prevent the dust from going all over. They even took down the window treatment in the room where they were working to prevent dust from getting in it. They came back after they had finished to clean off some of the residue from the tape they had used to secure the hardwood and to be sure that I was completely satisfied. I can highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again for any future flooring.

Scott was very thorough with first visit for estimate and carpet selection. Previous homeowners had left some sloppy finishes at thresholds and Scott helped come up with creative ways to rectify this. On install day, Scott and his team arrived On time and immediately went to work. They worked together as a team and completely the job in less time than I expected. The new carpet looks and feels great. I will certainly use Installer Direct in the future for all my flooring needs!!!

Scott and his team were easy to work with. They worked quickly and did a quality job. They were reasonably priced (we got three quotes total before selecting a company to work with), especially considering the pattern that we wanted (diagonally set herringbone) and the amount of self-level that was required in order to level our floors. They did a beautiful job bringing the tile right up to our wood floor without needing any sort of transition strip.

They finished the job in one day excellent customer service, fantastic price, and A+on quality and delivery! Home Depot left us in s bind with furniture and flooring every where. I called installer direct they gave me a quote and came out and took care of it. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality affordable service.

It went very well. Brianna was our contact person/installer and was always super easy to get in touch with and very knowledgeable. The timeframe given for the install to begin was on point. The installation itself went quickly and we were given a detailed breakdown of what to expect and when. We will definitely be using them in the future on some upgrades we are wanting done.
