Asked a lot of questions to understand the issue. Got out same day and got my heat working. Unbelievable value!

The heat was out at my rental property and Travis called me back right away.I told him I had a couple living there with a newborn baby and he was there within 2 hours of talking to him. He had to change 2 parts and got it done quick at a very reasonable price. He just happened to be in the same area the next day and checked on the hvac system and saw it was still freezing up even before the renters realized it. He called me right away and he had to go to Nashville to get the part and got it fixed the next day.He also wanted me to come by so he could show everything to me. I can't say enough good things about this man. I've used 2 of the major hvac companies in Murfreesboro before and had rude, very expensive people work on it before and one of them rigged it to get me by til he could come back to fix it and 10 years later he still hasn't shown up. All in One is the last hvac company I will ever need. Very nice, honest, reasonable and actually cares! Kept me informed the whole time!

Travis was awesome to work with. Great communicator. Explained things in a way I'd understand since I'm not an HVAC guy. Reviewed my requests and provided options. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area as they found it. I will have Travis back in the near future for a mini-split install. Travis is a very honest and professional individual. He diagnosed the issue right away and charged appropriately. When there was another issue with the unit, he came back out and diagnosed it right away. I no longer have to wonder about who will be servicing my Heat & Air from now on.

Even though Travis was not able to help me, he was very kind and respectful of my situation. He did refer me to another competitor; but he felt bad that he could not have fixed my problem. I would still highly recommend his service to anyone.

As local business owners we always try to keep our money in the neighborhood (so to speak). Travis was referred to us by a friend so we gave him a shot. Our unit was pretty old and had a motor that had gone out. He was there first thing the next morning and fixed it that day. Now, as I said, our unit was literally on it's last leg so of course another motor went out a couple of days later. Travis came out and upon further inspection found that the furnace side of the unit wasn't doing so hot either. With in 48 hours we had a brand new A/C unit installed along with a new thermostat. The newer unit is not only way more efficient but also a lot more powerful than the old one but most importantly we received great customer service and quality of workmanship. We will recommend All In One to everyone.
