I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job replacing my attic fan motor and replacing my dryer vent on the roof at a fair price. Mark was very professional in dealing with.

The young man that quoted me a price seemed like a nice person and gained my trust. However, I feel like I was taken advantage of after the work began. He kept finding things wrong and adding to the initial cost. When I asked for photos of the wood replacement, he said he would send them to my email address but did not. A few weeks later, he sent me an estimate for another job I had requested. I told him he needed to send me a receipt for the previous job(which he was supposed to have already done) first. When it finally, came, the figures were inaccurate and the total amount for the job wasn't even correct. He had told me was an honest man. I found that not to be the case and won't use them ever again for anything.

Great professionals

The work looked great. However, I was upset with the guy that did the work. He told me he would do the job on a Friday. He didn't show up and I didn't hear from him till 5 days later. I had then already hired another guy to come do the work. Next thing I know. He comes out and does the work. I was a bit upset that I hadn't heard from him then he shows up and does the work. I spoke to the owner of Top quality roofing. I explained what happened. The owner agreed that his guy should have kept me up to date and not just left me hanging. The owner gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Other than the mishap of not letting me know when he was coming out to do the work. The company did a good job. I was happy with the owner's discount and understanding. Also, the guy did a great job repairing my roof.

The guys were kind, prompt and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the results and the price was reasonable.
