They are spraying for spiders and stuff but not termites. Gentleman too big to fit in my crawl space.

I don't know about comparable costs for the services offered, so I can't evaluate that, but the two technicians I have spoken with have been clear and respectful.

The guys were very polite and thorough. They got the critter out of my roof, and that was our main goal. There are a lot of trees in this neighborhood and we are not alone in having a rodent problem. Thanks very much and we will definitely recommend you to our neighbors and friends and family!

Shawn from Terminix was on time, called ahead, told me exactly what he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend he and the Terminix team.

Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for today for Terminex to come out between 1-5pm to spray all over my whole house for wasps and spiders. Then today they called me at 11am to confirm that someone will be coming out between 1-5pm. I sit and wait until 5:30 and then I call to see where they are and if they are just running behind schedule. The lady said to me "oh we don't have you down that you had an appointment today." They told me that my appointment was canceled and they are not sure by who. So the person on the phone says they will have a manager call me back. I wait and wait. Then I send them a chat message. Then they tell me that a manger should call me within one business day. Well today is Friday so I guess I won't get an appointment today or tomorrow. So then I ask to cancel my program. The chat tells me I have to call in for that. So I call again only to get the rudest man ever who could care less about anything in his life let alone someone elses. I told him I want to cancel my contract. He rudely told me that I don't have a contract and then he asked if I needed anything else. I said no and he hung up. I DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO CALL! I will NEVER EVER EVER work with terminex ever. Not that I really worked with them in the first place since my appointment was mysteriously canceled. I have already scheduled services with someone else so hopefully I will be treated fairly and with some respect and get better customer service.

Terminex has been terrific. Professional, great communication. My issue is with Home Advisor. I entered my info in, as HA suggested Terminex. I received an email from them stating that I would need to schedule with Terminex. I had decided to wait another week. However the next morning, two technitions showed up at my door. They told me that they were sent it to do an estimate. I told them that I had never requested them, and Chad explained that his office had us on the schedule. They didn't have the correct phone number. I'm very upset about this. My elderly in laws live here. Thankfully I was here. But it would favs been a fast phone call to HA. This is not an acceptable practice and I want this looked into, please

Tech was friendly and knowledgeable, feel confident that our problem is fixed. The entire process was easy and quick.

So far everything is going well. The service tech was knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. He was very prompt and efficient. The office manager has been great as well. Hopefully our problem will be solved. They are doing a follow-up appt in 2 weeks.
