I called to ask if they could recharge my AC system. I was told yes they could. When the technician got here, he said he could not/was not allowed, citing EPA guidelines. He then charged me the $90 fee to come out. After speaking with the dispatch and technician again, they admitted they could recharge my system and it is allowed but would not due to the age of the system. I was told, it would not be right to charge me for that, since the system is so old and it was really just company policy not illegal. They recharge newer systems. My frustration is I specifically asked if they could provide this service and was told yes. Then, someone shows up and does not give me the service I specifically asked for and charges me for coming out.

Little bit higher cost then the others, but well worth it.

very professional service and attitude. I was a field supervisor for 40 years and these are the type of men that represent a companies reputation extremely well.

The technicians Michael and Jarrod did a great job install a home generator. They were very courteous and professional. The office, however, complicated things by not getting information to the right people about inspections. Everything is fine now and I recommend these two guys for anyone who wants to install a generator.

As with all services, check the work performed for the little things that should be the installers day to day

Service professionals was curious and did a great job unstopping the plumbing and giving advice to help clean the drain.

I had a new central air unit installed on September 18, 2019. From the very first technician that arrived, Cody Y, he was very nice & efficient. He recommended their Comfort Advisor to speak with me in detail. Darin D was excellent. He was very nice, polite, and professional. Darin D went over & beyond to help me understand what my ac problem was & what it would take to resolve it. Very knowledgeable & excellent advice & service. My two installers, Dustin H & Chester J were amazing. They arrived on time & worked tirelessly all day until the job was done. They were friendly efficient and thorough. Very professional and knowledgeable of their job. I am a very satisfied customer and will be recommending Conway Services to family and friends. Thanks Conway team! You guys are awesome!

Guy B. came out on Sunday and promptly repaired my AC and got my house cooling. What else do you need.

Steve V. and his team did an excellent job getting our house cooled down on a very hot day. They were able to deal with a tough A/C installation all in one day. We are were very pleased with their dedication to the job at hand.

I don't think I've ever met a more friendly, down to earth, and goes above and beyond with his service than technician Scott T. He's outstanding! I had a dripping kitchen faucet and leaking pipes underneath. Upon inspection, he knew right away how to stop the leaks, but needed to replace several parts because they were old and rusted. Also, the kicken faucet just needed to be replaced. So he recommended that I go and pick out what I wanted and he would come back the next day to install it for me. That next day was Saturday. He could have easily waited until Monday to finish the work, but didn't want me to be without kitchen faucet. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from Scott, as well as the staff at Conway Services Heating & Cooling.

Needed service on the weekend. I m a pretty capable handyman but could not fix this. The technician (Mr. Fox) was very friendly and professional. Was very careful with my plastic pipes. Clearly knew what he was doing. No criticism of any kind; only compliments. Great job!
