I scheduled services through the online site. I called the day before and informed the desk what my problems were. Plumber came 30 minutes early, 9:30 am. Plumber took out pieces of the kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet and took them to the parts store. Approximately one hour passed, and he called me and said the supply store did not have the parts, and the options I had was to call the Moen directly for the parts or to get new sinks. I initially asked for new sinks to be installed, but he told me he had to go to another site. The time was around 11:30 am. I spoke with the manager, and the manager said it would take several hours to install the kitchen and bathroom faucet, and I was only scheduled for a repair. The manager said the plumber had to go to other sites to do other jobs, even the plumber was not scheduled to arrive at my house between 10 am to 12 noon. The manager made the impression the company was focused on quantity and not quality.
