Kevin Dawe @ Valley Vista Construction, Inc. was a true Godsend for me. As a retiree on a fixed income, I recently bought my first home in Sevierville and had been "screwed big time" by Custom Crafted Construction (CCC), whose shoddy workmanship left my shingle roof irreparably damaged -- CCC's quote for installing a metal roof was a whopping $22,609.13 !!!!! After my extremely negative experience with CCC, I started my search for a reputable, local contractor with a very favorable track record for honesty, integrity, credentialed expertise, and outstanding professionalism. Valley Vista Construction, Inc. (Kevin Dawe) was highly recommended and met each of those requirements -- at a very reasonable cost too (3x lower than CCC's quote). Kevin's company does not compromise on supplies, equipment, skillset, etc., and he provides a written warranty on all their work for two years after completion. Valley Vista Construction does not cut corners -- only the very best will suffice for Kevin Dawe's customers. Kevin and his crew showed up promptly on the day scheduled (7:30a), began to work immediately, and worked straight through until 6:00p -- my new roof was completed the very next day! I have never seen a more professional construction crew working in unison to complete their job in a timely manner. I cannot compliment and thank Kevin and his crew enough - what a truly pleasant, stress-free, and professional experience. I would definitely recommend VALLEY VISTA CONSTRUCTION, INC. Kevin is completely professional. Contacted him on a Monday, started job on Thursday, finished Saturday morning. Over 47 squares on a 10/12 roof. Impressive. All workers respectful and nice and totally trustworthy. Price was more than fair and under competitors. After completion of the job you couldn't tell they had been there, except for the new roof. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Perfect experience.

Valley Vista Construction was on the job when promised, the job was done on budget and they completely cleaned up after themselves. With the exception of my nice new roof, You couldnt tell they were ever even here!!! I would definately recommend Kevin and his crew at Valley Vista Const.

Kevin with Valley Vista understood my disappointment of having repairs done to a 4 year roof. He was quick in repairing the HIP shingles and went above what he had been originally contracted for, taking care to inspect the pluming and attic vents protruding from the roof which I also had issues with. He was very professional, punctual, and polite. If I ever need construction work in the future, I will definitely call Valley Vista for their assistance.

Kevin did a nice job working with the insurance company to replace the hail and leaky roof, repair dining room ceiling where roof had leaked into the house and had new gutters installed. His crew did a great job and cleaned up. Kevin came back and inspected and sent pictures of the completed job to the insurance company. This job was completed last November 2015 but had to remind Kevin to send warranty and final bill so this was the only delay. I would recommend and use them again for any future house issues.

Kevin Dawe did a great job at repairing our leaky metal roof on our cabin. Kevin was very responsive and attentive to our needs. He also suggested some other items on the roof that needed to be looked at during the repair. After the repair was done, Kevin went to take a second look at the roof to ensure it met his standard. Kevin runs a very professional shop and ensures that the work is completed satisfactorily with the customer. We will hire Kevin again for any roof repairs we may have and we highly recommend him to do your roofing repairs.

I am currently out of state across the country but Kevin Dawe worked with me despite the distance. Mr. Dawe provided a prompt reply to my inquiry for a roof repair through phone and email correspondence. He went out, met with my insurance adjuster and assessed the damage from a tree limb falling on my roof. After providing me with a fair and reasonable quote, we set a date and he scheduled a one day repair job pending weather considerations. My parents stayed at my house during the one day repair and provided me pictures of the completed project. I was impressed with the roof repair and clean up job from Mr. Dawe's crew. Excellent customer service! I will call again for roof repair and I highly recommend Mr. Dawe and his company Valley Vista Construction, Inc. You will not be disappointed!

Kevin was very responsive. He arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection of my roof and explained the worked which needed to be done. Kevin provided a fair proposal within a day of performing the inspection. His workers performed excellent work and completed the repairs very quickly. They cleaned up and left the area with no construction residue. I would use this company again and recommend their services.

Kevin was prompt with coming out and checking my roof for a rental property in the Sevierville area. Within hours I had a detailed estimate that was very competitive with the other estimates I got.
