I had another plumber no-show on me 3 times over the last two weeks. Plumbing Authority had someone out within 2 hours of my call. Steve Owens was my plumber, and I can't say enough good things about him. I will definitely use this company for my next plumbing need!

I have used Plumbing Authority 3 different occasions for different projects. All projects were completed on time & efficiently. The plumbers are all licensed & very methodical when working on the project. I have a maintenance contract with Plumbing Authority & it was time for the yearly inspection on the plumbing in the house. Dan was the licensed plumber. He was another example of the high standard of plumber that is employed by the Plumbing Authority. I am always confident that the plumber who shows at my house will be top notch. The job will be done correctly the first time.

Excellent work, showed up as promised, on time. I would highly recommend Dan R. they replaced a gas tankless water heater. Installed and leak checked, cleaned up made us all happy to get a hot shower again. Price was reasonable, below other quotes. Very happy with the entire job.

Kitchen faucets did not work, they would not come back to fix it. Hot and cold were reversed in the bathroom.

The Plumbing Authority did a big job for me a few years ago. They basically re-plumbed my whole house. They replaced part of my main drain, and ran new supply lines from the meter to the house, and then to every fixture in my house. Took the better part of a week. Fast forward 3 years. I had a small issue with my plumbing. Nothing serious, but it was annoying. I called the company to ask about it, and the owner himself came out the same day and took care of it, at no charge. If that isn't good service, I don't know what is. Highly recommend!!!

Rick was excellent and patient. He answered every question and explained in detail. I had to replace the main water line. I thought the price was a little more expensive. It is difficult to get an itemized bill (showing the taxes, materials and labor cost) which is needed for tax purposes.
