I can't recommend Plumbing Authority enough. I had a sewer line blockage cleaned out recently and they did it well and for a fraction of the cost of $99 vs $800 what I paid another company in December. Beware of companies that charge a service fee and will not divulge their basic serve charges no matter how well rated on Angi. I was in a bind and paid their inflated price because it was days before Christmas. Sadly the line wasn't fully cleared by tge other company. Plumbing Authority will always be my first choice from now on.

Work was done quickly and efficiently

They installed 2 new water heaters with a circulation system to provide virtually instant and endless hot water. We went this route because our house is all electric and electric tankless water heaters arenâ t really up to the task. They also had to subcontract electrical work to supply the necessary power upgrade. We expected this to be a 1 day job, but the electrician didnâ t have everything required so it dragged out to a second dayâ ¦ meaning another day out of work so we could be there to give them access to the property. Then later when we tried to use hot water for a bath, there was only about 2 minutes of hot. Turns out the circulation system was installed backwards, so the circulating water was hot, but once the pipes were depleted, cold water was fed to the spigots. Disappointing, but to their credit, someone came out Saturday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Overall, mildly annoying and a bit careless, but everyone was friendly and responsive, and the end result appears to be just what we wanted.

They are quick to respond and very thorough. A pleasure doing business ;with them.

This plumber was the second to come out for my clogged drain. So far what he did seems to have worked. The only complaint I had was the plumber was trying to sell me expensive services before he even got to the problem. I will be calling this company with my next plumbing problem.

Nothing else matters if your technician lies to you. Jason was the name of the A/C tech who came out in the spring to do annual servicing. The A/C was running fine, but he said that a particular part needed to be replaced that would cost $400. I got a second opinion from another A/C professional (Brown's Heating and Air), who informed me that the tech from Plumbing Authority (Jason) was full of it, that the part he said was bad was working perfectly. Because I paid for a full year of servicing (A/C in the spring and the furnace in the fall), Plumbing Authority sent Jason back out in the fall last year. This time he didn't try to sell me anything, but the day after he left, the heat wouldn't come on. So we called him back out. This time, he said that he had accidentally left the door to the furnace open, which is why it wouldn't turn on, and then tried to convince me to replace my furnace.

The Pro was very professional. He didnâ t try to sell me anything. He listened to my issues and he explained what could be wrong. He discussed what he was going to do and he even took pictures of the issues I was having. Again, he never pressured me just gave me his thoughts and what we would need to do if the issues needed replaced. The result was nothing needed to be replaced and if we had an occurrence again then to call back. The customer service rep Mary was awesome. I would recommend using this company again.

My first experience with The Plumbing Authority was in 2019 when I moved into my house. I was replacing my electric cooktop with a gas one, but needed a gas line to the kitchen. I called The Plumbing Authority. Rick was great. The job takes a few days because of the work involved in running the line & inspections. Plumbing Authority took care of getting permits & inspections. The finished product was done to code & the cooktop works great. When the shut off valve for one of my toilets started leaking & the toilet wouldnâ t stop running, I called The Plumbing Authority. This time Keith came to the house. He couldnâ t have been nicer. After checking out the problems, he gave me two options as well as estimates. Once again, great workmanship. I highly recommend The Plumbing Authority.
