Both the team members that helped we seemed knowledgeable and provided helpful insight regarding the three projects I had in mind - including one job where they recommended using a more specialized resource. The prices seemed on the higher side of reasonable, but I am glad to spend a few extra dollars for prompt, courteous, and excellent work.

Excellent plumbers, good communicators and very professional in all regards. Replaced water main from meter to inside home. Completed quickly with PEX piping with minimal lawn disturbance. Seems to be fairly priced in the mid-range of estimates given. Plumbing Authority stands behind their work and will take care of their customers. Will certainly use them again.

I had a kitchen faucet that did not have enough pressure for my new tenant and a screaming shower from build up of calcium. Instead of doing a repair I was quoted over $500 for a new kitchen faucet with a five year warranty and $150 for new valve in bathroom. I was not given the name of the faucet nor any pictures of completion of job. I decided on the $279 faucet with one year warranty. I was told the Plumbing mfg is only used by contractors and that is why they don’t provide part #’s. It is hard to find good quality work without getting ripped off.

They did a good job. I had 3 different jobs and they completed all efficiently and for the price quoted. Will definitely use them again!

Charged me $249 to increase water temp on my Hot Water Heater. Ripoff.

Prompt scheduling, workers discussed the plan and cost before beginning, and cleaned up after themselves when done. Great job.

Review for Plumbing Authority. I would not recommend Plumbing Authority. We had a mess on our hands. Both bathrooms had water an inch deep coming out from underneath the toilet and there was poop in the tubs. We turned the water off but it didn’t make a difference. We were really like deer in the headlights. We didn’t know what to do. So we contacted Home Advisor. Plumbing Authority called us. The owner, Bryan, came out very quickly. He knew what he was doing and quickly shared with us what he thought it was and the price range that he thought it would be in. He told us his work was guaranteed for 10 years. He was courteous and explained everything. I am not sure how many other plumbers would have known where to look for the problem. However, it was not a complicated job. He found the cleanout pipe which was about 2 feet from the street under a bush, used his auger to get roots out and then used his camera to check to see if it was clean. We were a bit surprised when he told us the price which was the highest of his estimates. There was no digging to find pipes – no difficulties. It seemed like a quick easy job when you have all the right equipment. Then he told us that if we would contact KUB they would come out and help get the right cap back on the cleanout pipe. He told us that the line from that pipe out to the street was their responsibility and that they might even reimburse us for the job. He came back to the house to fill out the invoice. He showed me the digital device that he was using to create the invoice and asked me to sign it. All it showed was a place for your signature. I asked him what I was signing but he didn’t answer. We talked about some other things and he asked me to sign it again which I did. My bad!!! He told us he would be sending us the invoice in an email. We didn’t even get to see the invoice before he left. When it did come, It said that the job was not guaranteed. And it didn’t really list what he did. So, we called KUB to help us get the cleanout pipe with the correct plug. They told us that they do not come out and help with that. They said the pipes down to the street are not their responsibility and that they do not reimburse anyone for anything like that. You would think that Master Plumber Bryan would have known that. He did a good job, but we felt like he charged too much, pushed us into signing the invoice without seeing it, and was not honest with us. We would not do business with him again.

Most excellent plumbing service. These guys are terrific from start to finish. They are extremely professional and experts at what they do, and communicate very well. We were contacted very quickly after placing a call for our plumbing needs, and were prompt in arrival. Kelton assessed our issues quickly and identified the problems without attempting to oversell plumbing repairs. We recently moved to Knoxville purchasing an older home, which we knew would soon need some old galvanized piping replacement. The Plumbing Authority gave a very reasonable whole house re-piping estimate. As we were concerned the old piping might freeze and burst a leak during the recent super freeze, they were willing and able to install the new PEX pipe lines and repair a clogged drain line and reconfigure some poorly arranged drain pipes two days later. The team of four experienced plumbers completed the task in 1 day. They are very efficient and neat in their work, and the cleanup was excellent. We will absolutely have them return to perform more plumbing work for us when the need arises. Than you PA, John and Tina

I was contacted immediately after inquiring about a plumber. The owner as well as the technician were very courteous and professional. The technician took his time to make sure that our bathroom vanity and faucet were installed perfectly and looked great. We are so happy we hired The Plumbing Authority to do our plumbing work for us. We will be hiring them again to install a reverse osmosis system and garbage disposal in a few weeks.

I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with their work. Brian explained everything they were doing and parts they were using (only the best/most durable) so that they do the job once. They gave me several estimates for future work as I plan/need to do them. Very professional and definitely see why they have "Authority" in their company name.
