We got same day service for our kitchen sink install. Kelton did a great job with the install. He advised us of the costs and described all he would be doing. He was very professional, courteous and did great work. He cleaned everything up, you could not even tell they had been there. Would definitely hire them again.

Rick was prompt, informative, professional, and did an excellent job. We are a business and expected to be sent a bill for the service. The person I talked to did not inform me that they needed payment upon completion, so we had to use a credit card. That's really my only gripe, but not a huge deal.

I dealt mostly with Kelton. He was knowledgeable and courteous. (Dont be surprised at how young he looks, he knows what he is doing) He installed a water softener and water filter. My water is much better and no longer smells or tastes bad. It has only been a week so I will update this review if I notice any changes in my water quality.

Kelton identified the issue quickly and was able to complete the repair within a few hours. The only reason I rated him 4.5 instead of 5 was he left referral hang tags with my name on them on my neighbors mailboxes without my permission. Overall I was satisfied with my experience.

Kelton called me within 30 minutes after I went to Home Advisor. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done to complete the job. His company was able to do the entire job the same day and they left my garage cleaner than it was when they started.

The plumbing Authority is very professional. They explained the job in detail and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were very respectful to me and my home and placed rubber covers on their shoes. They also have great warranties on their work. I would not hesitate to have them complete any future jobs in my home.
