The plumber arrived exactly on schedule, and did the work quickly and effectively.

The work was done correctly but I feel I was over charged. He replaced the toilet tank parts and charged me $434 for about 30 minutes of actual work. I as lucky he did not have a handle for the toilet or he would have been an additional charge. I was able to pick one up at Home Depot for $6 and it took me about 10 minutes to install it. He spent most of his time trying to sell me on more of his services and taking pictures with his I pad of the work he did. I feel this should have cost around $200 - 300 and not $434.

Very timely response to our water damage situation. Tech was quick and methodical in determining the nature of the problem and fixing it. As the job progressed, he would call us in and provide updates. Great value as well.

Rick was awesome, finding and clearing as much as possible the tree root that broke our pipe to the sewer. Genuine empathy for our dire situation. Great advice.

Items were a little over priced. The valve by itself was roughly about $65 the mark up was high. Over all they did a good job. The tech was very good.
