Very professional and worked diligently to help the client understand the details of the work to be performed.

They were quick to respond and came to my house sooner than estimated and we're able to install our water heater the next day. They were courteous and went above and beyond to install and drain for the spill pan on our water heater. All costs were explained and there were no surprises on the invoice. The Plumbing Authority was awesome, kind, professional and thorough. Will absolutely use them again.

Excellent overall service and repairs. Arrived ahead of time with a previous phone contact to make sure it was ok. Arrived on the agreed time, reviewed what we needed and went to work straight away. All work completed in quotable time frame and was invited to make an inspection to assure that all was acceptable. Price was as quoted and all cleaned up before they left. Will keep in touch. The Plumbing Authority was excellent! The plumber they sent was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my leak under the sink and made sure there were no other leaks before leaving. They were reasonably priced and did not charge me an arm & leg. He quickly fixed my problem and did not have me waiting around for him to show up or fix the leak. I will definitely be calling them again should I have more plumbing issues. Thank you Plumbing Authority!

At first I thought their price was a bit high. On the other hand, they did what they said they would do, and they were not content to stop at the first sign of problem resolution. They found the obstruction, and then took care of the cause of the obstruction. I could have spent twice the money on recurring visits by a less thorough contractor. These guys in the long run probably saved me money.
