Reasonable Residentials

Joey Hall and crew have done various jobs on our home for the last eight years. They are skilled, conscientious, and professional. Their work is excellent and they clean up afterwards. We recommend them very highly.

I had other providers come out and they said they would have to charge me to replace the existing fence. Reasonable Residential did exactly what I wanted. They changed the flats that were broken and changed the gate and put a lock on it and stained it the color I wanted. They did such a great job that three other people in the neighborhood then hired them.

They were on time. Did new roof, Hardie board siding, new windows, and painted. Did a great job!!

I had a good experience with them. They were quick and easy to deal with. They worked with the insurance company well; they knew how to work with the insurance company. They did what they said they would do. The clean-up was good and they were prompt and polite. I'll give them an A for price but I don't really know any other prices.

They started the job in a timely manner. It seemed they finished in a timely matter. However, they did not do the best job they could have done. Probably because they were in too big of a hurry and they subcontract and the subcontractors are not dependable. The check was written to Greg Hall. He is the one that should fix my roof and gutter. The gutters were hung crooked. I made 8 attempts to get them to return and fix the problem. They came a couple of times, but did not fix the gutters correctly. Now I am still waiting for them to fix my gutter and a problem with the roofing where the shingles or roofing tiles are not lying flat against the roof. I have emailed them talked to Greg Hall and his brother repeated times. They promised over and over that they would take care of it. I finally am exhausted from keeping the problem on my mind without resolution.
