Description of Work: Mark and his crew completed three jobs for me--a deck replacement, insulation, and tuck pointing. Each day his crew worked tirelessly to complete the projects. I am impressed with the men he has working for him. All were professional, on time, courteous, and worked to complete the job. My neighbors have commented about the beautiful deck I now have.

Description of Work: Work was not properly supervised resulting in errors requiring rework. We cancelled further work planned for this contractor. We would not permit this company to return to attempt repairs. Two of the errors were 1) improper cut of lauan underlayment in bathroom flooring, and 2)a missing compression union gasket in sink resulting in significant water damage to new vanity cabinet.

Description of Work: Replaced flooring, walls, rebuilt bathrooms, but in a kitchenette, added electrical sub box and lots of new lighting, painted everything, plus lots of little extras. Went well, started later and finished later than planed because it is very busy company but was well worth the wait!

Description of Work: We had CRC rebuild our decks last year, BIG MISTAKE!!!! They look like a two year old built them!!! blown out boards and horrible workmanship everywhere on this job!! Every time we have people over one of the first things they mention is how crapy the decks look. Thanks CRC now I get to pay for it all over!!! Talked to the owner about it and he's not even stopped in to look at it.

Description of Work: The work required was for replacing the damaged siding from the April 27th hail storm and for adding gutter guards. I have no problem with the gutter guard work. The estimate was to replace 200 square feet of damaged siding. The estimate was high but I figured they had an excellent reputation on Angie's list. Instead of replacing all of the damaged siding they replaced 200 square feet of both good and bad siding on the west side of the house. If I had not complained they would not have replaced the damaged siding on the north side of the house. There is also damaged white siding on the front of the house that was not replaced.
