CRS Exteriors was absolutely great from first call to final install. They were the ONLY company out of many I called for quotes that were willing to even send someone out to quote my job for a single window. All others required a 5 or 10 window mininum! Everyone at CRS Exteriors, from the office individuals I spoke to over the phone, to the owner who came to quote my job, to the installers who did the final work, were extremely personable and easy to work with. Tyler and Lee the installers were super patient with my questions and chit chat, and did great work in quick fashion, and cleaned up well when done. Great guys! All in all I highly recommend CRS Exteriors to anyone and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows, siding, doors, etc. Don't hesitate to contact them, you won't be sorry!

Very well, very professional, explained steps as they were performed. Asked many questions if we were happy with the way they were doing the work. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. We were very pleased.

This is the 5th time we've had CRS out to replace windows (we have more than 30 so we are doing them in smaller groupings). This is the first time there has ever been a delay, but we understand it was due to Covid and shipping issues.

CRS Exteriors could not help supply chain issues and delays...they were always helpful in checking on order status and were very understanding and helpful all these months. Office staff, head coordinators, measuring team and installers were all very professional. Karl and Kurtiss were punctual, professional, took the time to explain the process from beginning to end, were understanding, positive, upbeat and courteous, took their time to do everything right in very cold temperatures. They work extremely well together as a team. They problem solve issues with great success. They fixed the floors underneath and sealed everything tight and matched what I had before as close as they possibly could especially with uneven arches and brick. I appreciate their efforts more than they know. They know their craft well and they take great pride in doing it right and their goal is to please the customer 100 percent. I'm very grateful to them for their help, to have this new door with all the features that add to a great warrantied product. Several contractors doing other work have complimented this door. Over a week, Dave and Scotty removed several old vinyl and aluminum windows on our home and replaced them with Marvin Infinity Fiberglass windows. Dave was very diligent about the job. They showed up on time and communicated with us what was going to happen and when. He made sure to check in with us often to review the work as it was going on. Scotty was very detail oriented and did a great job of the finish trim work. They even helped us remove some old cornice boards and disposed of them. I would hire this team again.

Replaced 25 windows that the builder originally installed in our house 19 years ago , The project went extremely well from the initial meeting with the salesman Ed to the actual installation consisting of a two man crew of Dave & Scott. Ed answered all our follow up questions and provided a detailed written quote. Dave & Scott were on site each day exactly at the time they said they would, worked hard and very efficiently , and address any questions that we had. Dave and Scottie of CRS Exteriors did a SUPERB job installing an infinity window. They were punctual courteous meticulous and displayed fun workmanship. They paid attention to detail and were respectful of my home. I highly recommend their work.

Installers Tyler and Dakota arrived on time. They explained the process. Although we were quoted an install time of 3-4.5 hours for the 3 windows, they actually finished in 90 minutes . . . while it started to rain. Installation was thorough and high quality, as were the windows themselves. Very satisfied.

They were beyond excellent. The installers were David and his helper was Scotty. David did all the trim work and he did an amazing job. I have a 75 year old house and it turned out perfectly. It looks better than I expected and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall we are very pleased with the product and the install. We had a couple of hurdles to overcome including a physical security system install and specific interior trim moulding. These hurdles got managed very well, but it took coordination and some anxious moments. Installers Karl and Kurtiss did an excellent job and worked very well together. In addition, they wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied and they were very experienced. We would not hesitate calling them again for future projects or recommending them to others.

We have had a very pleasant experience. Due to manufacturer delays windows took a little longer to get in (not CRS fault) but the windows look great. The salesman Ed was great to deal with and very responsive. The installation crew Ralph (foreman), Tyler, and Dakota were great. Very hard workers, efficient. Took pride in the quality of their work. We were extremely pleased with them. We have another window we are going to replace and when it gets here we hope we get the same crew!! You can't tell from the pictures but we have very large windows.

they arrived as scheduled. Started work and replaced all 3 doors. The exterior garage door was approx. 3/4 of inche out of plumb and they addressed the problem to correct it. when we had a question they answered without hesitation or trying to make an excuse for what we saw. When they finished it was as they ssaid it would be. we've never replaced doors before on any of our houses in the past, so I was a little taken aback at what it takes to get the job done right and look great. Karl & Kurtiss were our installers and they were absolutely a pleasure to do our work. Courteous,clean and kept us informed of all they were doing or hsd to do so, no surprises. 2 man crew arrived on time and started removing my old window. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable of the job along with being respectful of our questions and concerns. They tried to keep sawdust out of our house as much as possible. Total window replacement went faster than expected and we live it.

Great team from sales to installation, couldn't have been happier than we were with David who led installation and Scott who assisted him. My wife and I were so excited that David was coming back for the second round of installation for us as he was respectful, professional, and fun.
