They made two visits to measure and confirm measurements were correct. It took a month to fabricate the windows, but worth the wait. The installation crew under David arrived around the time indicated on date of install. The crew was professional and knew how to perform their jobs. The finished product is what was expected and the install time was quick and without any interruptions. I will contact this company for future jobs when ready.

This is the second project I've had CRS do at my house. After Glen gave me the estimate and Olen came out and did the final measure it took about a month or so before they could get to my job. They sent David Wallicker and KC out to do my job and these guys were great to work with. David called me every morning when he was on his way out and let me know what time he'd be back the next day. He always kept me informed on everything that he was going to do and when he found something he needed to bring to my attention. I was most impressed by Dave and KC's meticulous attention to detail and thier care and respect for my property by doing a good clean-up after every day's work was done. These guys say what they're gonna do and do what they say they're gonna do. These guys were great to have around, did top knotch work, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with thier work. In the future if I need any more work from CRS I'm gonna requst that David and KC do my work.

This was a difficult job - we had one contractor look at it and wasn't sure how to go about it. They were knowledgeable about the whole process and experienced with this type of construction. Made finished windows look great from inside and out. Love having the new windows. Workers were very courteous and friendly and conscientious. DId not compare prices much with other companies. Punctuality a B since they were late, but it was a problem with their truck, beyond their control. Dont remember exact price; it is an estimate, but we get back a large rebate from the energy program they told us about.

Not on time, but once arrived they were polite, professional and work was very good.

We recently had CRS replace the masonite siding on our house with Everlast granite composite siding. They did an awesome job! We will contract with them again to replace the windows.

Came a day early and totally removed 11 wooden great room windows and replaced with the new Marvin Infinity fiber glass windows which consisted of 8 picture windows, 2 casement windows and a half round window. David and his crew did a wonderful job and their attention to detail was outstanding! Without hesitation l recommend CRS Exteriors and their in house installers.

I loved them. They came on time, they worked hard every day-even not taking a lunch break most days! It took them three days at most. This last visit they just had to touch up some things. They had to order a couple of pieces to finish up. They were professional, courteous. They were here to please me and always asked is there else we need to do. The place was clean when they left and washed all the windows when the left which was terrific. I just loved them I really did. The crew chief was David walliker.

Alan gave us a detailed sales presentation of the construction and features of the Marvin Infinity windows. He explained the value of the fiberglass construction and its thermal expansion benefits over other types of window construction. We performed our own independent research from multiple sources and validated what Alan had told us. As we felt that the actual installation was extremely important to long term window performance, we also researched CRS Exteriors' installation methods and experience. Based on all of this research, we selected CRS to replace our windows. We live in a Home Owners Association and have strict rules governing window type and color. Alan with Marvin Infinity windows were able to provide windows that met all of our requirements, including matching the exterior color. Their delivery was on the day promised. The installation crew, lead by Dave and consisting of Vinnie, Jesse and Chad, were very professional, personable and worked well as a team. The crew had significant experience in replacement window installation. Their attention to detail was very evident in areas such as sealing the windows and final caulking. The 14 window replacement was completed in one day. When they left the job site, they cleaned up to the point you could not even tell there had been a major construction project. Our installation lead Dave, gave us his cell phone number and stated that we could call him directly with any questions or concerns we might have, We highly recommend CRS Exteriors for replacement windows projects.

Six quotes were obtained for the windows replacement with a clear desire to move from wood to fiberglass construction without changing the exterior appearance (pebble gray exterior, white interior). CRS Exteriors was a late additional bid based on our just having joined Angie's List and we saw CRS was top rated. CRS proposed price was comparable to Anderson and another competitor but the quality of the Marvin Infinity window was clearly superior and offered us the color options we required without compromising the functionality of the window design (i.e., double hung). Based on issues and insights received during the measurement walk down, we added the door and siding scope to the CRS contract. (CRS owner Olen Rowe is very knowledgeable and was able to bring issues to our attention without being pushy or preachy - we really liked working with him.) CRS was contracted in late August 2013 with understanding that they were about 6 weeks backlogged. Installation completion was promised by Thanksgiving. Window replacement work commenced mid-October and proceeded very quickly. By end of the first week, nearly every window was replaced and trimmed out. Absolutely superb fit and finish, trimming out with molding to make it look like a wood window installation and cleanup was very routine and well done. Only two half-round windows presented any issues with one being cracked during installation so a replacement had to be ordered. Coordination with the home security contractor went very well. Door replacements and especially the siding took two more weeks. Doors went in fairly quickly although the basement slider was very large and a tight fit. Doing the fine adjustments to make the doors hang and swing right took some time but came out looking tremendous. The siding took over one week to complete. This was complicated because: 1) the install crew really specializes in windows so they weren't quite as quick doing siding, 2) the Everlast cladding is very thick and must be cut with a power saw. Lots of custom cutting is required which cannot be done with a utility knife like you would with vinyl siding, 3) the underlayment was discovered to be simply foam board and not plywood which meant the wall was much more flexible when nailing into the framing, 4) part of the crew had moved onto another job by the last week. All these issues added time. That said, the house or workface was never left in an unsafe condition and the quality of installation was absolutely first-rate. We really appreciated their attention to detail. CRS even redid the trim around our garage door at their own cost to ensure the look of the house all tied together. The garage trim had started to warp and needed replacement. Again, their attention to detail was beyond what we had ever experienced with a home repair contractor. After 3 weeks, the last item remaining was one small half-round window. The original replacement window had cracked upon installation and so another had to be custom ordered and shipped. The replacement window was finally installed between Thanksgiving and Christmas. A quick job but the interior trim was left unfinished because the trim pieces in hand could not fit the tight arch of the window. After multiple interactions with the CRS salesman, crew leader and owner, the correct trim was finally obtained and installed in February 2014. While this was a bit frustrating, we were really impressed with the integrity of the CRS owners and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Bottom Line: CRS Exteriors does great quality work with an attention to detail that delights the customer. Their prices are competitive and I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them again.

CRS exteriors replaced the remaining windows in my home, a large 3 light living room window and a large two light kitchen window, after a not-so-enjoyable experience with a previous window company. After a bad experience with another company who put windows in all our bedrooms and dining room, I was much more careful in researching both the quality of the windows I would purchase and a quality of the company that would complete the work. I found the Vista Panorama. Window after spending days researching window manufacturers. These were high quality, VERY high rated windows for my budget. Vista provided me with contact info for CRS ( their local contractor). Tim, from the Chattanooga office called me to set up an appointment and came out to quote the job. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge when he was here. However, after being burned the first time I wasn't taking any chances, so I got 6 other companies to quote the job and show me their products. I finally, decided on the Vista window and CRS. I have no regrets!!! The owner came out to double measure the job and get contract signed. The installers were FABULOUS and made sure the job was done RIGHT and that everything was perfect before they left. They cleaned up completely and left no trace of their work, something few contractors have done in the past. I appreciate the work ethic of CRS and the fact that they use Professionals who are experts in their trade and not just whoever they can get cheap. My windows are beautiful and I will use CRS for the next job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRS EXTERIORS!!!

Marvin seems to tightly control the dealers they allow to install the Infinity line of windows. So it is hard to do extensive price shopping in my area. I chose CRS because of their reputation on Angie's List and my personal discussions with them. They are certainly price competitive (for the same product) and I found them better to deal with than other dealers of other lines of windows. They seemed to want to do the work, and furnished all I ask for in terms of insurance and assurance of satisfaction. They didn't have enough jamb extension material at the initial install and had to return later. Not a problem for me. When they did return to finish, I had found a very hard to spot scratch on one of the glass panes and 2 of the high visibility screens had a couple of very small holes. They asked for no money, and said they would return when they had the replacements, which they did. The installation crew of Derek, Russell, and Ted were very courteous and did a first class job. After making sure I was satisfied, then the final payment was made. A few months have elapsed, and I am still impressed with the quality of the product and CRS Exteriors. I wish more people conducted business in this manner.

They had to build out around the front door to the brick molding. Installers were on time and explained what needed to be done. They were self-sufficient and did a really good job.

From the sales rep to the finish and clean up, everything was perfect. They were professional, responsive and punctual. The product and workmanship were outstanding. The overall experience was excellent.

The installation was done in a highly professional manner. In addition, they were concerned about our comfort which could have been a problem with the cold weather. They were friendly and it was a pleasure having them here to do the work.

They did a good job. I have the windows that open and are easy to clean. I would use them again.

Tim Fitchpatrick was excellent in his sales rep role. He presented the Marvin Infinity product thoroughly and answered all our questions and was patient with us as we went through our selection process. We ultimately decided that the combination of the Marvin Infinity quality and CRS Exteriors' excellent reputation and customer reviews was unbeatable. The Infinity windows are a "top shelf" product backed by a strong warranty and unsurpassed CRS service. It was apparent from the CRS user reviews that the owners stand behind their work and get personally involved to resolve any issues that may arise. That is the kind of company we want working on our house. John Hughs' four man crew worked non-stop for two days and did excellent work. They were polite, they used no foul language, they were neat, and the quality of their work seems flawless. I will update this report in the event anything negative comes to our attention over the next few months, but we are very pleased with both the product and the installation at this point. Our home was left clean, all the windows were cleaned meticulously. All the windows were caulked and trimmed out and any gaps between the house framing and the window frame were filled with insulating foam. At some point we will probably replace the rest of the windows our house. We will definitely come back to CRS to do that job.

Everything was fantastic. I have waited a few months to see how they do before typing my review. The previous windows leaked badly during heavy rain, and they let in the cold. The windows were installed by David Walliker. He was on time and listened intently as I explained the problems I had been having with trying to fix the leaks. The new windows look magnificent! I was worried that I may have to paint afterward, but you would never know that the old ones had been there. They took care of everything. Very Pro! Since installation (Oct 2013), we have had heavy rain and snow storms. The temperature was around 5 degree Fahrenheit for several days in a row. These windows haven't leaked at all and have kept the cold outside. So, thank you so much David and CRS Exteriors!!

We called CRS to get an estimate to replace the windows in our home. The sales rep (Alan) did an excellent job explaining the product to us. He then worked up a detailed quote for us. He was always very professional and not pushy. In the end we chose another company for our home, mainly based on price. But if you can afford them, I feel the Marvin Infinity line is an excellent choice for anyone looking for window replacements. And I can highly recommend CRS Exteriors as a company you should check out when you start information gathering.

The crew, supervised by John Hughes, showed up on time (or earlier) every day they were here. Everyone was respectful and polite and they were careful not to damage our new wood floors. They worked fast, and I never saw anyone loafing around doing nothing. They did a good job of cleaning up/containing any messes. They even worked outside in 20-degree weather in between all the bad weather we've had during winter 2014. Bottom line: They were a bunch of nice fellows that I was comfortable having in my house?something I can't always say about some other crews I've had through here over the past year. And now my house is so much more comfortable and warm, despite recurring single-digit temperatures. I would recommend CRS and will very likely have them put on a new roof this year.

CRS installers David Walliker and his crew did a great job. Total time for removal of old windows and install new windows around 3 hours. The Crew worked very efficiently and effectively in a very acceptable time frame even know it was about 25 degrees outside! The crew was very courteous, friendly and did a great job on the details like cleaning up their mess inside and outside of the property. This is the second set of windows that we have had CRS Exteriors install. Great windows, great company, great installers. I would highly recommend CRS Exteriors for any of your window needs.
