All the worker were on time and did what they said they would do kept me informed during the whole process also they were very knowledgeable. A little high but the finished project was worth.

John Hughes crew did an excellent job. Absolutely nothing to critique. Highly recommended.

We contacted 6 siding installers for estimates. 3 did not return our calls, 1 called after we had chosen a contractor. The first company's estimate (a big box store) was so ridiculously high as to be laughable. Ed Clark with CRS Exteriors, returned our call within 35 minutes and was at our house in an hour. After verifying exactly what we wanted, he gave us an estimate $12,000 lower than the estimate we received from the first company. We chose CRS to do our siding and was scheduled for late November. Due to a scheduling conflict ( us and CRS) our job started the first week in December. J.R. Hughes and his crew worked through rain, freezing temps and snow. When possible, they were at our house at 8:00 am and worked as long as they could tolerate the weather. Our job was finished yesterday (01/11/2017) and the house looks even better than we hoped! J.R. And his guys attention to detail made all the difference. From Ed Clark to Oren (one of the owners) to J.R. Hughes it is great to find a professional organization. We would definitely use them again.

Replace three windows. It went very well and they did an excellent professional job. Quality of work was outstanding. Everyone we dealt with from sales to service with profession.

Fantastic. Work was done summer 2016; can read full review there (all positive), just wanted to update that windows and trim still look and function fabulously a year later. And electricity bills are lower, rooms more comfortable than before window replacement.

The knowledgeable sales representative with the no pressure attitude, the sales support team that came to double check the initial measurements, and the instalation team were all professional, courteous and responsive. We had many questions before and during the installation which were always addressed quickly and with a sense of caring. The installation crew worked quickly and each day cleaned up the work area so there was minimum disruption to our daily life. The workmanship is flawless and the attention to detail on the exterior and interior finishing makes the window area look better then when the house was new. There were some changes required along the process that the CRS team responded to quickly and professionally. One window was found to be damaged in transport and was attended to immediatley so no hesitation to the job occurred. The scheduling of the job and estimated time it would take to complete the installation work was accurate. We appreciated the flexibility in the scheduling of the work to meet our requirements.

It took a while to get a date, but I realize that these folks are busy and was happy to wait my turn. They really did a wonderful job! There was a crew of 5 and they showed up when they were supposed to and at the end of every day, the place was spotless. It took three days to complete as I have a lot of windows, plus the door. I'm completely happy and would use them in future. I highly recommend them. My home was built in the 60's so beware if you go to buy windows. I had lead paint, so there was an extra fee to handle that.

John Hughes Crew did a great job., they showed up on time and were very courteous....Cleaned up the worksite every day before they left, also ran a magnetic sweeper over the driveway and around the house everyday to make sure no nails were left behind.... ..Answered any questions we had....House looks great, we have looked at other homes that have vinyl installed and the job that CRS did on our home really shows how they take pride in their work, The lines are straight and match on the corners, It really stands out...We built this house 25 years ago and it looks better than new....Thanks to, ...Glenn and Olen who came to the house for the estimate and spent time showing us several samples and colors and answered all of our questions before starting the job...Price was Very Fair. Would recommend and use them again...

The crew did an excellent job! Their attention to detail really showed. It gave me peace of mind knowing that the installers were all employees of the company and not just some independent contractors that had been hired for the job.

First, this is my third project with CRS Exteriors. David Walliker and his crew of Sean and Darian arrived on time and date as promised and did an excellent job. David knows his stuff and was able to overcome a few obstacles as you do with any project such as this. He and his crew paid attention to all the details from properly framing, fitting, trimming, and all the way to caulking and sealing eveything. I bought a ProVia door and window and the quality is top notch. So, if you need a project like this done I recommend you call Glen at CRS and if you buy be sure to ask for David Walliker as your installer.

Excellent. Everyone we dealt with at CRS was extremely professional. The installation crew showed up at exactly 9 am as promised, installed the windows in a little less than 4 hours, cleaned up all the construction material and requested that I review everything before they left to verify I was satisfied. They had to work around a large buffet that could not be moved and were extremely careful not to damage it or our hardwood floors. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows or the installation.

Derek and his partner arrived at he time their coordinator said. They immediately identified access for their equipment to not disrupt my and my spouses routines. They immediately laid plastic and tops The removal went quickly. They stopped to ask if any old hardware needed to kept. They pointed out my spouse and I the condition of the deck plate under the old door sill. They installed a sill pan (was not required by code when house was built in 1970). They built a box necessary as the rough opening was made by a previous owners contractor. It was former in a window roughed out for a door. The installation went quickly considering all the details; plumb, centered, seal out, caulking, etc. They did an excellent job on the interior molding and exterior sheet metal work to ft in with the siding. They demonstrated features of the new doors. I have a future project. I will calling them.

Dave and his crew arrived on time. He walked me through what they were going to do to make sure everything about the job was right. It turned out to be a 3-day job replacing our 18 windows. There were shutters to be removed and windows out-of-square. Each day the workers cleaned up their tools and any scraps of wood, packaging, etc. All three workers were very courteous and professional. They worked well with one another, and seemed to work non-stop. After installing all windows, the screens were installed and the windows cleaned. Dave assured me that if we have any problems whatsoever, just give him a call and he will take care of the issue. The windows look and function beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend CRS Exteriors to anyone I know. My husband and I were pleased with all aspects of this purchase/repair. The salesman, managers, and crew were all wonderfully professional in their respective jobs.

Installers (led by David Walliker) were prompt & very thorough in their work. Frequently giving me updates on other progress. I appreciate their attention to detail & their careful clean-up of the job site.

Careful and professional attention to the order with follow-up questions and suggestions. Timely receipt of product and installation. No surprises. Dave Walliker and his installation crew was excellent (and entertaining). Went beyond expectations in detail and making sure we were happy with the result. Left both the inside and outside our home clear of any clutter.

It took a good 6 weeks for the doors to come in and another 2 weeks to schedule work, but they did a great job in communicating when they were ready and what to expect. They came on time, did high quality work and left no mess at the end of each day. My father-in-law was onsite during the work and stated he would hire these guys again in a heart beat. Attention to detail was second to none.

I could not ask for better service from start to finish. The salesman was professional and helpful - not at all pushy. The installers were timely and good craftsmen. They were clean and respectful of our property. The job appears to be very well done.
