The installation crew was terrific. They did a great job, were very professional, and very meticulous. They paid attention to every detail. This is the third time we have purchased windows from CRS and definitely will use them again if needed.

Everything was perfect! From the first meeting through the installation. The CRS office folks were great and friendly. David and the installation crew were on time, professional and did a great job! They were so efficient and always communicated on a daily basis! Job was done when the said. I would HIGHLY recommend plus CRS has done a huge majority of our development and same quality the entire time.

David, Scotty, and Darrian were amazing! They were consistently prompt, respectful, organized, clean, and thorough with both the removal of old windows and installation of the new. Pricing with Ed Clark was very professional. He recommended the best window for the application. Olen's measurements were exactly correct. Dave the installer did a great job. Cleaned up perfectly. Was on-time and finished on schedule. Highly recommended!

With team leader Dallas Ferguson working with co-workers Terry Collins and Craig Merallos, the window replacement job was performed very professionally. The guys installed two double-hung Marvin windows, a Marvin picture window, and a Marvin double patio door. The old window and the door material was carefully removed and carted away cleanly. Trim pieces were saved and re-used where possible. The work was completed quickly in very chilly weather with absolutely minimal disruption. The installation was well-done with all surrounding spaces carefully sealed. Good work!

We are extremely pleased with our new Provia windows and doors from CRS Exteriors, and the terrific job done by Dave Waliker and Scotty in installing them. They are true masters of the art, and the windows look incredible, inside and out. I would advise insisting on them if you have windows installed by CRS. Tim Fitchpatrick was the salesman and very helpful in adjusting to changes. We had 3 exterior doors (one full glass, one half glass), 19 large sliding windows, and 7 large picture windows installed for $26,700. We recommend them highly and are very pleased with the new windows.

Everyone we dealt with at CRS was professional, helpful, and kind. The installation went well...the installers were efficient, did a great job of making the new windows look nice (caulking, etc), and cleaning up the areas they worked in. This is the second time we have used CRS for windows.

They were very good. The process took about 3 months from placing the order to the installation, due to some bad weather, but the installer was excellent.

It went great they were all very friendly and professional they showed up on time and finished on time and they cleaned up every day before they left. While the experience of upsetting a house to do windows can be stressful, (wife) I just put my faith in the crew and let them do their job. They (David W's crew) got right to work . They were very efficient, and worked quickly, did a great job, and did very good clean up. The crew was very careful with my outdoor flowers and indoor furnishings making certain that things were out of harm's way. Not a piece of trash left behind. The personnel that came to estimate the job did a fine job of explaining everything. Frank was a go to person that kept us informed. We would recommend CRS to our friends and have them ask for David's crew to do the work. Our home is a Cape Cod built in 1949, the windows were in need of replacement. We are very HAPPY our home looks so much better, the three cats don't like the atrium door, but we do!

David and Scott were both very professional (and personable) arrived on time and work was completed as stated. They cleaned up as they worked and after they were finished the only evidence they had been there was the new windows and they look great!

It went great. This is the second time we have used CRS and the second time David Walliker was here to install. The guys are friendly and personable, ready to work and get the job done correctly. I really liked that he pointed out anything that I might see later and wonder about. That’s called being transparent and I truly appreciate it.

We had some trouble in the beginning of the process with our window price quotes but that was quickly resolved. We also had to wait longer than expected for an installation date due to a backorder issue but the scheduling worked out. The best part of the experience was the actual installation. David and his crew were on time, courteous and cleaned up very thoroughly each day the job was done. So far, we are very happy with the quality of our new windows.

Since these are a custom made product, there is some lead time so plan well in advance of your project. The installation crew - Timmy and his crew were awesome! kept things cleaned up, and did a first class job in a remarkably short amount of time.
