Excellent product and service Dave and Scott did a great job. Dave is a perfectionist. We highly recommend CRS Exteriors.

Initially met with representative Mr Ritcheson (spell?). He was exquisitely professional and the time he spent with me showing the quality, choices of types & colors of their products won me over even though about 25% more expensive than previous company rep who was in & out of my house in 15 minutes, showed me no samples as the CRS exterior rep did. David & Scott were the installers today. What personalities!!! and professional work at same time. David took time to go over with me how the windows worked and showed me how beautiful they were from outside. I am overall very pleased with personality (enjoyable-all employees & even those I only spoke to on phone. When my budget can handle it as windows need replaced, CRS will be my choice!! One little note of David’s honesty....one of the mesh parts of screens got cut or torn. Luckily I had installed many replacement screens in my home so I had just what screen he needed and tools handy, so that saved a long round trip of time & gas & material and got fixed on the spot. Good going guys!!!

We replaced our windows last year with CRS, and the other half today. CRS was a pleasure from beginning to end. Sales rep Tim, owner Olen and installers David and Scotty each know their business and get right to it. They came when they said they would, cleaned up afterward and did a great job. They even thought to save the window stickers in case there is an energy rebate later on this year. Glad it's all done, and glad we chose CRS to do the work.

David Walliker and his crew did an excellent job. They showed up on time and kept the work site clean. They were very organized and attention to detail was impressive. Their years of experience certainly speak for itself. I also want to give kudos to their excellent salesperson, Tim Fitchchpatrick for helping us choose a product that fits our needs and our budget. No surprises and came in at budget. The windows look beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased.

This was our first time replacing windows on a home. Glen was very helpful navigating us through the process and ensuring we obtain the look and style we envisioned. Frank helped get our installation date prioritized to accommodate our schedule. David and Scotty installed the windows and did an awesome job. Attention to detail and didn’t leave until they felt like it was perfect. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with this company. If I made a call to them, they were always very prompt in calling me back. David and Scottie were excellent in the installation process. I have an old home and I was fortunate that they were experienced in dealing with issues that arise in older homes. I would definitely use this company again.

I had bay window that were leaking air and not well made. CRS suggested picture windows rather than the more expensive bay window. There turned out to be a lot of rotten wood and they replaced that and left we with air tight windows. James Owens was the installer.

Darren and Kenny did a great job and it looks great. They took pride in their work and paid attention to detail on all of their metal finishing work, great guys to work with.

This is the 4th time I've had CRS Exteriors do work on my home. I had two windows and the siding on one end of my house replaced this time. Marcio and his crew did an excellent job, his attention to detail and desire to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend CRS for all of your door, window, or siding work that you need. Glen, Olen, and Frank will get you taken care of.

Perfect. Good crew. Foreman Justin Smith was impressive what with his knowledge of both the process and the product. Boss Olin was here twice to check measurements prior to order being sent to Marvin Windows factory. He was knowledgeable bout the process and product. The entire CRS team was impressive, and took great care to be sure that not only did every unit work and fit properly, but also paid strict attention to sealing/caulking and waterproofing their work.

Windows look great. Salesman very nice. Installation was very professional. David Walliker was really helpful and took time to explain the benefits of the windows and how to clean and care for them. He and Scotty were on time, cleaned everything up beautifully and did a top notch job! They look fantastic. We are very happy.

It was excellent, they arrived on time, they did a really good job installing, they told us what they're doing, they cleaned up after themselves, they left follow up numbers so that if we had a problem we can contact them and they will come out to fix the problem. I would recommend them to anybody that was thinking about replacing windows with a new ones. They're coming back to do a siding.

IIt was a pleasant experience having a salesman come to my home and show me a variety of storm doors. Due to the construction business being in high gear my order was placed on October 28th and the doors finally arrived and were installed on December 30th. I've learned sometimes getting top quality requires a waiting period. The two installers (Timmy & Tyler) arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. to do the installation, and they completed the job in less than four hours. They are both skilled installers and did a superior job. I highly recommend CRS Exteriors and will definitely use them again!

They were great. We didn't wind up using them but they were prompt with calling, arriving on time, and a timely quote. Very professional.

This is our third round of window replacments with CRS, and it was again a nice experience with David leading the work crew. Friendly and hard workers who respond easily to any request. Huge upgrade in windows for our house. Ed Clark is easy to work with in sales and I give CRS my highest recommendation.
