David and Scott, CRS installers, did an excellent job even though removing my existing windows was particularly difficult. They kept at the job diligently for most of the day. They were careful to remove shoes when entering and walking on our carpet. The installation required new trim outside and the finished windows look better than the originals. The caulking work is very neat and the were careful to clean up every dab of excess! The did an equally thorough job cleaning up inside, the yard, and driveway before leaving. My wife and I appreciate the attention to detail and craftsmanship. Should I need other windows replaced I will definitely returning to CRS and specifically requesting David to be the installer.

David and Scott was excellent. The interior were stained to match the interior of our room. These are just really good windows. They are well insulated.

Never got past the estimate phase. Rep showed up on a Wednesday to view the project request and told me he would have something for me on Monday. Monday arrives, and nothing. On Tuesday I send an email asking about the estimate...received response the Rep was out of town and they would provide something soon. Several more days go by and no estimate is received...I send another email asking about status. Finally receive an estimate...I decided to not use this contractor. If they are not very responsive when they are competing to earn my business, I only imagine it would get worse once they have the job. Overall: I would probably not hire or consider them for any future projects.

The installation crew of David Walliker and Scottie were very professional and am very happy with the work that was done. My window looks fabulous!

Team is courteous, punctual and knowledgeable professionals. They arrive when they say they will and get the job done in a reasonable time. Willing to answer and explain any questions you may have. If they need to come back to finish up job, they return and complete. We have used this company for window replacement, sliding door and now entry door. Even though they are an out of town company for Chattanooga, I have no reservations about recommending them or using them again.

Very happy with the results! We replaced around 90% of the windows in the house and everything looks great. David and Scotty worked very hard to complete the job, which wasn't always easy given the weather. Will request them back when we finish remodeling the rest of the house.

The crew, Michael, James and Skylar did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, courteous and explained the work as it was being done. They cleaned up the job site after completion of the work and ensured we were satisfied with the project before they left. The several months delay in getting the door installed (the pandemic has wreaked havoc for the remodeling and construction industry so no fault to them) was worth the wait as we are pleased with the final product and installation. This is the second project we have used CRS Exteriors for and will continue to call upon them as we work our way through replacing windows, etc in our home.
