i needed 3 trees trimmed and one removed and Jason was great. he came out one day and gave me a estimate and did the work the next day.

Due to recent wind storms in our area, we had a large tree from our neighbors yard fall onto our home. Jason with Majestic Tree was fantastic. He was here with an estimate and the tree was removed and area was cleaned in less than 3 hours. I would highly recommend them for any tree service that you need.

The tree I had was a large hickory with three prongs in close proximity to the corner of my house. They professionally knew how to cut the tree down, limb by limb, section by section and took care to fall all away from the house. They worked hard and deserved every penny I paid them after their thorough debris cleanup and removal. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree removal.

Jason and his team cut down 15 trees. Professional, friendly, courteous and most importantly prompt and dependable. All work was completed to specifications agreed upon. Cost was reasonable. I will use Majestic tree service for all my tree needs in the future.

They were very friends, courteous, very friendly and did an amazing job. They were very wonderful.

They were very prompt. they didthe job the same day thatI I notified them that I wanted them to do the job. They took down two large Ash trees (40 inches in diameter), falling the trees so that I could do the cleanup. One tree was totally delimbed and had to be pulled to fall where it was needed.

The gentleman who actually performed the work was excellent and I was satisfied with the job he did! The owner charged me $500 plus taxes to remove one dead limb on two trees. The tree on my lot was not a risk to damaging my house but was an eyesore. The largest of these limbs was over hanging my back yard and was an immediate danger to my house and the tree from which it was removed was about 150 feet tall. This tree was on the lot behind mine and the owner had been notified a year ago via a registered letter that this tree was at high risk of falling on my house if a severe storm hit. I never heard from the owner but did receive a notice that he had signed for the letter. After felling the large limb on my neighbor's lot, I was informed by the owner that the tree was dead from top to bottom and that it was a high for falling on my house. He offered to write and sign a letter stating that in his professional opinion the tree should be removed. He said the letter would cost me $50 plus taxes and could provide me with it about two weeks later. The work was done on July 16th, 2018, and I paid him for both removing the two limbs and the letter he promised for a total of roughly $605. After two weeks I began calling and texting him on a regular basis questioning when I would get the letter. He promised he would get it to me as soon as possible. Finally, we agreed to meet at a location on Sunday, September 18th at 7 pm. I called at 6 pm to reconfirm meeting and only got his voice mail. I was at the location at 6:45 pm and waited until 7:15 pm and he never showed. I tried to call him and again left a message on his voice mail. Since that time I have tried numerous ways to contact him, e.g. Voice mail, texting, e-mail, etc. to no avail. As of October 3rd, I have had to response from him, thus this negative review. I trusted him, had confidence that he would do what I paid him for with no success. At this point I have requested a refund for the letter never received. Bottom line: I was pleased with the removal of limbs but should have never paid him for the letter until it was delivered. Sad part- I trusted his word and would suggest that others who choose to use his service get everything in writing and only pay as the actual agreed services have been delivered. The initial review was written by someone at HomeAdvisor who asked me to read the above review I actually wanted posted but I guess there was a miscommunication between what I said and what she heard. Owner replied that he had mailed the letter two times, neither of which I received. He must have sent it to the wrong address. Bottom line, he still agreed to meet me as described in my initial review and never showed and never returned the many calls after his "no show". Just wanted to set the record straight! Quality of work was very good.

They came out very quickly. I did not have to wait for several weeks to get someone. They came out very quickly and removed the trees. Then came back the next week and removed the stumps.

The folks from Majestic really are top notch! I hired them to remove several very large trees. I was amazed at the efficiency and timeliness of these folks. I wasn't expecting them to get to me right away but they did! They left me a quote and a time frame the same day I requested one. Then 4 days later I had three very large trees on the ground! They have completed everything just as I asked and have cleaned everything just as they promised. If I ever have need again I will hire these guys and look no further.

We requested a quote on home advisor and Majestic Tree Service came out on a Holiday weekend (the same day as our request). They responded within a few minutes. They communicated thoroughly exactly what would have to happen to remove a huge fallen bull pine. They attempted to remove the tree, but due to our privacy fencing and landscape did not have adequate or safe access to our property. This was not to their fault and they charged us nothing for all of their time. They also explained in detail how we could remove the tree ourselves since we decided not to remove panels from our fencing. We were very pleased with their help and knowledge and would hire them again as the initial quote was more than reasonable given the job.

Jason and Jon did a great job our twin, tree project. The work was started on time and completed (even though we had some rainy days in between) in a timely manner. Both have knowledge about trees and how to bring them down safely. The price was fair and we highly recommend them.

Was very timely in showing up to do the work but my advice is to be very specific about what your expectations are and put all details in writing. In our written agreement (via text) we asked that the trees be cut and stacked. They threw them into a pile along with all of the branches. They charged $850 for about 4-5 hours of work. When i asked why the trees weren't stacked they responded that " they were stacked”. I would post a picture to show the mess they left if I could. He brought a child to help him the first day he came, which left me feeling uneasy. The guy was very argumentative with me even after i tried diffusing the situation several times. Not a satisfied customer.

Jason came same day I called,we agreed on a plan to remove a large tree overhanging an outbuilding, the work was started in under a week and completed same day he and John worked safely from a raised platform ( manlift) while cutting the tree from the top down believe me they earned their money which was a reasonable amount. The guys from Majestic did a great job on our tree project. Great communication, lowest cost, and did exactly what I wanted done. I would definitely recommend them for any tree project you have.

Excellent value and the work was done well. They battled a week of bad weather and still managed to get the job done efficiently. The oak trees they trimmed look amazing and I don’t have to worry about falling limbs this spring. I received several quotes and every other contractor bragged about the the machines and lifts they would bring in and that’s what would cost the most. Majestic showed you need a good tree guy climbing to clean out those trees. Excellent work and will use them again!!!!!
