They were very professional.

They explain the function and operation of the septic system, and how important it is to have the system serviced on a regular basis. They even remind you when your system is due for service next. They also give a discount to HomeAdvisor customers. I’m 70 years old and I know a good deal when I see one, and this was a great deal. Thanks HomeAdvisor.

They could not have done a better job. They were very informative. Michelle at the office who arranged the job was very conscious about keeping me updated.

We were having septic tank problems (know what I mean?) and they worked us into their schedule. When it comes to periodic tank maintenance, they'll be the ones we call. I had called Maxwell, and got a recorded message. Called a few more places until someone answered and had set an appointment. The lady from Maxwell called me, based on a MISSED call alone, and convinced me through her conversation adn questions the other company didn't ask, that she was knowledgeable in her work, and willing to take the time to explain what was new service for me. I scheduled with Maxwell, and cancelled the other appointment. No regrets. They arrived on time, and were done in 30 minutes. Equipment appeared to be well maintained and service people were professional. I will call them the next time we need service!

Routine septic tank service - I would recommend and will definitely use this company again. They did everything right as far as I'm concerned. Polite, knowledgeable guy showed up, and just simply took care of cleaning the tank without issue. He told me when to have it next serviced again. Just did his work. When I called in to them, (in to their office) a very polite lady first asked me if this was urgent, was I having trouble with our septic system. I told her it was simply routine service that I hadn't had it cleaned in a while. She said they were very busy and said she could make an appointment for the first of next week. She was very nice and to the point. They showed up when they were scheduled.
