These folks were nice and professional. They were here at 6:30 in the morning and did a complete tear off , replaced numerous sheets of plywood and had the whole job complete in 5 hours. One of the best roofing crews that I have seen. When they were all done there wasn't any trash to be seen. Even my neighbors came out to tell them was a great job they did. Thank you once again Fuller Construction.

I got four bids to replace a 20-year-old roof. The thing that stood out about Fuller construction was how he talked about his crew. And he was not wrong. His guys hit the ground running, and never stopped. I have a large home and they completely took off the old roof and replaced it with a beautiful new roof in one day! They left my property in immaculate shape. No damage to my home, the gutters, or surrounding property. My home looks new! I would highly recommend Martin Fuller and his team.

Make sure when roofer gives an estimate using the word about, you are prepared to pay more than a few dollars. Be prepared to pay $10 to $300 more than the about estimate. Other than that team of roofers where quick and completed the job in about five hours.

On time for the estimate. Explained in detail what needed to be done. Our need for roofing was due to storm damage. The work was done in a timely manner. The company arrived timely to do the job. His price seemed reasonable. I would hire Fuller Construction again.

Mr. Fuller came out, gave us an estimate, we looked it over and agreed that it was a good price. Looked through his reviews, saw that they were what we wanted to hear, and hired his company. They arrived early ready to work, no standing around, got the job done, cleaned up the yard, and left. Just how I like a job to be done. I would definetly hire this company again.

Very professional and trustworthy. Simple contract. Showed up on time and finished on time. Carefully protected my home and cleaned up thoroughly. No leaks after the first heavy rain. Martin Fuller was easy to work with. Cant say enough good things. If I ever need a roof again, I will definitely use him but my roof should be good for 30.

Mr. Fuller's quote was in the middle of my other quotes, but I sensed he was a businessman who delivered good service at a competitive price. His crew was professional in every way. I did have some water stain my ceiling, perhaps due to the overnight rain that occurred during the install. He sent a crew to investigate and paint the stained area at no extra cost.

(This review replaces a longer one below that was truncated by this website.) I STRONGLY recommend that you use Martin Fuller. We needed a roof replaced (40+ squares) and got a ton of quotes, mostly from storm-chasers. We checked their credentials. We checked their references with the BBB. We checked their certifications with the shingle manufacturers they claimed to be certified by. We listened to them â over-promise.â Martin was not in that group. We â foundâ him online, and were impressed by his reviews. For the same, typed, scope of work, our quotes had a range of $16,000 from the lowest one to the highest. Martinâ s was among the lowest, which frankly, worried me. I should not have been concerned. We went with Martin not only because he was affordable, but more because he seemed the most â solid.â He was friendly and low-key. No hype. In fact, no sales push at all, though he did say it would be a pleasure to help us. We thought Martin had the earmarks of a humble man. He had a quiet strength â confident but not haughty, experienced but still willing to listen and learn, and truthful. Unlike other bidders, he did not denigrate any other tradesman or company. After we hired him, he worked to avoid problems, regularly communicating with us about skylights we needed to replace, shingle color changes made by the manufacturer, and several other things. When he reported something to us, we actually checked behind him for verification, and in every case, what he had told us was completely accurate. Yes, we were sticklers, and Martin never lost his patience, became frustrated or â jumpedâ to a â cannot be doneâ mindset. In fact, the skylight price he quoted was so much less expensive than had been quoted by others, we questioned whether they were the right skylights. Martin just showed us the invoice, which not only showed they were right, but also proved he just passed through the cost to us without a single cent of upcharge. On the two days they did the job there were 8-10 people around and all of them were busy all the time. They tarped and protected vulnerable areas with 4 x 8 sheets of wood. They used safety harnesses (my roof pitch is very steep). Martin was present for a good part of the time and available immediately by phone when he was away from the site briefly. His crew knew what they were doing, and went about doing it. At key points, they would ask me or Martin about whether something should be done this way or that way or at all, but for the most part, they were self-starters who just concentrated on getting the work done. And when they were done, they did a good job of cleaning up too. When we settled up, Martin made me aware that one or two items on his quote ended up not being necessary, and he said their cost should be deducted from my final payment. His honesty was refreshing. And after he was paid and left, he even contacted our insurance company, explained that heâ d had to adjust the quote upwards due to shingle price increases, and Liberty Mutual agreed with him and increased the amount of our claim recovery! To sum up, Martin Fuller was not only present for the â saleâ but was actively involved in the performance of the work. And he kept his word. Those are qualities that are rarely all found together in a single contractor. Our experience with him was MORE than satisfactory, and actually surpassed our expectations. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have roof work done.

This will be a lengthy and perhaps overly-detailed review of Martin Fuller (who owns and operates under the name of Fuller Construction Company, LLC.) If you donâ t want to wade through the detail and just need the bottom line, here it is â I STRONGLY recommend that you use him. My roof suffered significant hail damage in the summer of 2019. So did the roofs of other homeowners in my neighborhood. Consequently, and I imagine largely due to me and my neighbors cruising the Internet to find a reliable roofing contractor, we all very soon had to suffer through an invasion of storm chasers who knocked on our front doors. Some seemed capable, others exaggerated so blatantly that they undermined their credibility from the very start. Regardless, every time one came by, we said weâ d be glad to get a quote, and we got quite a few. All of those quotes were based on the same scope of work. Early on, I had typed up a list of things I wanted done. Most of those things were covered by our insurance but some were just maintenance work that was needed that had not been caused by the hail - things like eave and fascia repair of squirrel damage and rot. I used that same list with every contractor telling them I wanted a quote that would tend to all those things, and for the most part, they gave me quotes that covered the things I asked for. We checked their credentials. We checked their references with the BBB. We checked their certifications with the shingle manufacturers they claimed to be certified by. Then we called our insurance company (Liberty Mutual) and they suggested we use their Mad Sky program, which involves letting them send out a contractor they trust and have worked with to appraise the damage and get an estimate. Basically, this is exactly the same thing weâ d done with contractors not approved by Mad Sky, but we went ahead and did that, since doing so did not bind us in any way. ALL of the contractors (including Mad Skyâ s guy) were upbeat, confident, seemingly experienced, and â really, really wanted to work for us.â But we thought it best to wait a bit. We had no leaks, so there was no emergency, and we thought weâ d continue to â ask around.â Some of our most trusted friends recommended roofers they had used and had been pleased with. We got quotes from them too. By this time our stack of quotes was pretty high. And the range of cost between them was pretty wide â about $16,000 between the lowest and highest bids. (Our roof is pretty large â over 40 squares). Martin Fullerâ s bid was very reasonable. However, it was not his bid, but his approach that was initially attractive. He had not contacted us first â we contacted him first, and we did so because his name kept popping up in glowing online customer reviews. When we called him, he was friendly and low-key. We set up a time for him to come by and talk, and he showed up and spent time with us. He was not in a hurry. In a word â it was pleasant. No hype. In fact, no sales push at all, though he did say it would be a pleasure to help us. Compared to the approach of all the others, his approach was refreshingly frank and more responsive to us than the others, who had tried to get us to respond positively to them. This will sound cheesy, I know, but Martin had all the earmarks of a humble man. He had a quiet strength â confident but not haughty, experienced but still willing to listen and learn, and truthful. Unlike other bidders, he did not denigrate any other tradesman or company. When I got his quote, I called him to talk about it, and basically told him we needed to do some more research before we made a decision. He said that that was what I SHOULD do, and assured me that heâ d â be thereâ if we decided to use him. (See â Chapter 2 continued from Chapter 1, below)

Five-star all the way. Martin Fuller's crew clearly knew how to get the job done, completing the entire roof in a single day with first-class materials and leaving the premises clean after the job was done. Thoroughly professional in all respects, from our first meeting with Martin to the last post-construction check-up. Highly recommended.
