Martin and his crew are very professional and courteous. Communication is always prompt. Once the job was completed, they left my property exactly the way they found it with the exception to a better roof. Great value and exquisite craftsmanship and product.

We were out of town when the roof was installed and he was willing to accept a withhold until we could inspect the job. The roof looks great and we are very satisfied.

tons of communication, very easy to work with, prompt, on time, I was traveling the day the roof was installed. I received numerous emails w/pictures throughout the day that kept me informed as to the progress, everything was cleaned up and finished before I returned home in the evening. They left it nicer than they found it.

As this was my first time to replace a roof, the thought of the process was frightening. Upon finding Fuller on Home Advisor, seeing all the rave reviews, and his reviews and standing with the Better Business Bureau (A +), and his website, I clicked for a quote. Martin called me within 15 minutes, set up an appt. at my convenience, arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable quote within minutes. Five days later, Martin and his employees were here and completed my new roof to perfection. He and his employees were so courteous, pleasant, and professional that I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. You can tell they take such pride in doing a job right the first time. My home is smaller and in a rural area but I felt Martin was as attentive and appreciative for my business as with the many large homes and jobs shown on his website. He uses top of the line materials at very reasonable cost. I would welcome him to any future project I may have, for anyone I know, and anyone looking for outstanding quality and customer service. When we had some roof damage due to a storm, I called Fuller Construction. Martin promptly returned my call and then came to the house. He patiently explained options available to us. When the insurance company representative came to the house, Martin met him here and discussed options with us again. We chose them to complete the work, and we were amazed at the job they did and the efficiency of the work. When they finished and left a few hours later, everything was just as it was before they arrived, except now we had a brand new roof! This is the first home we have owned, and the first roof we have ever had to replace. We would not hesitate to hire Martin and his crew to do work for us again.

Martin had good suggestions on the color and type of shingle to use. The installation started and finished exactly when he said it would. And it looks great. The cleanup was also spotless. I love it when people do what they say they will do, when and in the time frame and cost they said they would do it in. Martin and his crew did an excellent job. Afterwards, couldn't even tell they had been there, other than the new roof. Totally satisfied customer.

Can't speak highly enough about Mr. Martin and his crew. Some of the hardest working people I've ever had work for me. They were very professional and conscientious, always pleasant and polite, ready to answer any questions. Martin came on site each day to check on things and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was O.K. after some storms. And yes it was! Everything was completed on time and all debris removed and cleaned up.
