The company was highly recommended by a friend. My husband called them and they said they could do a unit check-up for $60 and made an appointment for a day or 2 later. The person arrived very promptly and checked our unit and said it was fine. My husband asked if they serviced or replaced humidifiers. He said they did. My husband explained we had had a part on our whole house humidifier replaced by another company but it never worked properly. The Iles representative spent some time with it. He then received a phone call. After getting off the phone he told my husband it would cost $50 extra for his work to evaluate the humidifier. He said he would call back on Monday or Tuesday to give him a price on repairing the unit or replacing it. THey did not call so my husband called them on Tuesday and talked to the phone person. They said they would check and get back to him. They never called back. We were very surprised that their follow-up was not better because the service call was arranged very promptly and their representative actually arrived ahead of time.
