Reasonable price for a great job repairing stained wood floor sections. Crew were polite and worked hard and efficiently. Their competitor requested to move all furniture out of room, they did not, and still keep wood dust away from furniture.

They were on time and work was done quickly. Beautiful finish on the hardwood.

I had a great experience. I bought a house built in 1920. The floors were in very bad shape with lots of pets stains so I went w a slightly darker stain. the darker stain helped to camouflage the pet stains (which you can't get rid of). They were much more reasonable than my other quotes and sent me before and after pics of other jobs they've done. there were old radiator holes which they patched and you can't even tell where they were now. Daniel is terrific and is coming back out to restain a couple of patches that don't quite match to make sure I'm satisfied! Highly Recommend this group!!

The duration of the project was 4 partial days, but the amount of time spent during those days was definitely good value for money. The workmen were courteous, hard-working, skilled, and conscientious. They wasted no time while on the job, instead, spending their time to complete the job done efficiently. They took great pains to see that dust was kept to a minimum and within the confines of the work area by using a plastic barrier. My wife and I are very happy with the final result. The color is just what we ordered and the surface is better than we had hoped for. I would recommend without reservation Daniel and his crews for any floor refinishing one has to have done.

We had water damage to our wood floors in one room. Savio came out and gave me very competitive quote. The old floor had to be removed and new flooring installed. They started promptly and finished before the stated date. The entire crew was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up as they did the work and left the place spotless. The quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
