Savio is great! He took the time to review my floors in detail and discussed the project with me to understand my needs and address my concerns. He also offered helpful suggestions and alternatives. The project (4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, hallway) turned out great! I will only use Savio and his Germantown Wood Flooring company for future projects.

I got an estimate for the work. Savio was prompt and gave what seemed like a good estimate

We hired them to clean and add a top coat finish to a 54 year old wood floor. They arrived on time, which is very important to me, and did a great job!

The repair was covered up so I couldn't see what he had done until the next day and thats when I saw the mess! the boards were all spaced wrong and putty was used as a filler most of the boards were sticking up and some were cut so poorly that I'm having to get another company to fix savios mess. His price was cheep but then so was his work.

They were punctual, well organized and worked hard. They were always polite, cleanly dressed and thoughtful. They planned the work so we would always have access to one of our bathrooms at all times. Their work is beautiful. I will recommend them.
