Response was immediate. We were given all of our options and decided on a conventional electric hot water heater. Karl and Mike came out the following day, assessed the situation, went to retrieve the unit, returned and installed it all within a few hours' time. Great customer service and friendly guys!

Very prompt follow up to my Home Advisor inquiry. Came out to look at the prospective job (install gas line and tankless water heater) and got their quote back in a day or so. It was reasonable and they got the work done right on time. They also ran a gas line for our fireplace. Karl and Mike were a joy to work with, really nice guys. We have found our new family plumbers !

I have been using Union Jack for years since we were in a rental house. They are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service! We had our hot water heater replaced and Karl and his team did an excellent job. The part I like best about them is they explain everything in a friendly easy to understand manner. They even located an issue with an electrical problem and recommended an electrician who was at the house within 30 minutes for an extremely reasonable rate! I will always go to them with my needs.

They did very good work. Recommended a different way to accomplish what I wanted. High price for the quick completion of the job. I requested a printed invoice, but have not received it yet.

I hired Karl Sabey to install a hot water heater. He was pleasant and very professional. The first hot water heater broke down. I called him up he came out that afternoon to see what was going on. He decided to call the service number on the tank and to see if we can replace the tank with a new tank because this tank was leaking. He got the OK to replace the tank. So he took that tank back to Loews and got another tank in stalled. I recommend Karl because he will always call you back and gets the job done quickly.

I thought I had a hot water heater leak in our new house because the floor was wet and seeping through the floorboard in a small confined space where my water heater and heat pump are located. Unionjack came out promptly and ready to help! Karl maintained perfect communication and when both gentleman showed up they were very polite, knowledgeable, and even humorous! Turns out that it was actually my heat pump that was the problem. Unionjack still discussed prices with me on taking care of the water heater someday because it is getting old, as well as a strategy to get it out of the tight closest (that the new ones won't fit in) in the house and direct the new one into the garage. Before leaving they hooked me up with an awesome HVAC guy who was equally impressive and took care of the problem. Being new to the area my family and I now how peace of mind to know who our plumber and HVAC guys are! Thanks Unionjack!

I appreciated Unionjack telling me to check my gas meter over 24 hours to see if there was movement instead of coming right over and charging me for what might actually be the gas company's problem. There was movement, so Unionjack came over and quickly diagnosed a pilot light that had not been turned off. Karl is very personable, and I enjoyed our visits on the phone and in person.
